Fiona has a good knowledge of pressure points and knows the proper pressure to apply. She uses her hands, arms and fingers to give your muscles a thorough workout. She is capable of giving an almost chiropractic adjustment. When I left the office I was less stiff and felt much better. Fiona also has a very positive attitude and conveys that through her massage and any discussion we may have. She is a pleasure to be around. I blame myself for not stopping her from hurting me. The spots are painful more than a month later. Tui Na that I've had previously engages muscles by grasping and pulling, not by irritating nerves. I cannot recommend this woman's work, though she assured me that the pain was necessary to improve my function. I had the impression that she made it up as she went along.

Shannon, mother of 2 small kids, recently joined the ranks of massage therapists. And found herself under the mentorship of Caroline Harris. Caroline's new age approach to holistic healing, polarity and light, adds a spiritual dimension to massage that is very relaxing. Shannon is very mindful of her bedside manners and treats the body with respect. She was so concerned with too much pressure, so I can't say I got the type of deep tissue that I favor... In the past the fix was to let it rest for a few weeks so this time I went with the massage. They really know their stuff---technique, anatomy, muscles involved, etc. I was surprised at the precision, I was expecting a warm towel and just some general kneading in the area. There is an 800 number to book appointments, and if you look at their website there are multiple locations throughout the US, but you can't use the website to book appointments. I called the number to book on 4/12/2016 and the man on the phone said that there is nothing available for that location until SEPTEMBER!!! The Groupon expires on August 6th (120 days from purchase). I called Groupon and they refunded me my money, which is great. If you look online there is nothing about this place anywhere. There was no yelp (until now), no facebook page, no google review... odd. I wish I had called and checked it out before I bought the groupon. Steer CLEAR of this place. Groupon or not... you'll never get in.

She said call Groupon, so I asked her name and she said Maggie, I was like ok well whats your last name- she became very rude and angry and said, I AM NOT GIVING YOU MY LASTNAME! I was like well when I call Groupon I would like to tell him who I spoke too she said they can call and ask I am the only Maggie here. SO RUDE. This would have gone totally different if she had people skills and knew how to speak properly. If she said, "I'm sorry, I don't feel comfortable giving out my last name, but I am the only Maggie here, so there shouldn't be a problem." So not only do I NOT get the Massage we paid for but, I am yelled at on the phone by a rogue employee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and if there is a manager reading this, get your people proper training.
