I had a little trouble finding it, because it's inside an office for "Aligned Chiropractic and Hypnosis," and there is no sign for Worcester County Massage outside. Interestingly, "30"% is added in as a tip regardless which is pushy for a place of this caliber. The lady doing my massage was incredibly nice, but her pressure was harsh despite asking for medium light. She hyper fixated on rubbing my shoulders to the point of pain because they tend to be a little hyper mobile and she was endlessly working on them. I only really enjoyed the part where she rubbed my head, legs, and feet. I'd suggest not to go here if you do not like rough/deep massages because that's what you're getting.

I made a spontaneous decision to get a massage on a Saturday afternoon, searched on Yelp, called her, and she had me come in an hour later. I am so glad I did. I wanted deep tissue and she provided, and asked me along the way how the pressure felt. It was a different type of massage than I have had, but I've never had one where the training was Chinese. My muscles hurt today in the way I would expect (and she warned me) after being worked on, but I feel worlds better. I agree with the poster who mentioned it felt like a chiropractic adjustment. I plan to go back to Na for regular maintenance, and I think her price points are very reasonable. I prefer to support an independent business rather than a place like that awful chain Massage Envy.
