I blame myself for not stopping her from hurting me. The spots are painful more than a month later. Tui Na that I've had previously engages muscles by grasping and pulling, not by irritating nerves. I cannot recommend this woman's work, though she assured me that the pain was necessary to improve my function. I had the impression that she made it up as she went along.

Every appointment is consistently great and she talks with me about where my problem areas are so she can determine the best course of action for that appointment. As someone who works on a computer all day for her job, my trouble areas tend to be my upper back and neck. I've also recently developed some sciatic nerve issues and Jenn is thoughtful and thorough in helping to address those problems, as well. Jenn has also instructed me on stretching exercises to help with my problem areas, and I can't say I'm always consistent in doing them, but when I do, they help a lot!
