I do not enjoy giving less than stellar reviews but feel I have to in this case. Nicole is a nice person, gives good massages, knows her anatomy but her scheduling habits are atrocious. The first time she changed my appointment to a few hours later due to her daughter needing to get to the dentist, that is fine. Made another appointment a couple of months later and on the day, she texted me saying she was sick and would have to reschedule. I waited a week, texted her and she told me she was sitting in the ER, because she was still sick. I felt terrible and waited until she contacted me again. That appointment went fine. Last week I booked a massage, she accepted it but one hour before, she texted me saying her car broke down and it had to be towed. I would have to rebook. It has been days she never contacted me. Maybe these things all really happened, I don't know. On top of that I was really looking forward to it to ease some of the pain I was having then. People are booking an appointment at a certain time for a reason, and to be let down multiple times is too much and no apology for multiple reschedules. I am done and going somewhere else. read more

I am writing this review after visiting this place for the second time. This place is very nice and relaxing. Nicole, the owner, is very nice, reachable, accommodating and most importantly professional. She understands the human anatomy (the muscles direction), which helps in relieving muscle tension and distress. I already scheduled my next appointment for when i get back from my long trip for vacation. She charges a reasonable price. Definitely worth trying this place out. read more

Simply the Best Sports/Medical Massage Body Work. I suffer from severe chronic neck pain from atrophies/weaknesses in my neck, shoulders and hands from severe cervical stenosis with myelopathy & myelomalacia. I received a Groupon as a gift for Nicole's Massage, and overall, I was pleased. :) Pros: Nicole herself was courteous, and her massage felt wonderful. I felt comfortable and safe on the table, as well. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, but she seemed intentional to be very professional in her correspondence. Cons: I did note a hamstring injury and shoulder pain, but she didn't seem to focus much on those areas (rather, she massaged both sides of my body equally), to my dismay--next time, I'll be more vocal (yet polite) about it. It was also a bit tricky to get a hold of her at times, but don't give up! Next time I'm in the area and looking to get another massage, I'd strongly consider going back to Nicole. :) read more

Nicole has been my massage therapist for almost 5 years and I can't imagine using anyone else. I was first introduced to Nicole via Groupon and have never searched for anyone else since my first visit. Nicole is personal , professional and very good at her skill. Nicole offers very flexible appointment times to include nights and weekends. Nicole always takes the time to ask about any new aches n pains while asking what you need worked on the most during your appointment. I have a confirmation email of my appointment for today. Nicole did not show up! I drove 1/2 each way and made sure I was on time. I phoned her the night before to confirm and to get more exact directions. She did not return my call. Basically, it is impossible to speak with her as her voicemail directs you to email. Not sure why she even shows her phone number. Very disappointing. This was a gift so I hope that Groupon will offer a refund as I have no intention of going back. read more

HORRIBLE. I got a voucher for a deep tissue massage for valentines day. It took weeks to set something up. When we finally set a date. I showed up and she wasn't there. I knocked and tried the door but still nothing. I sat and waited in the parking lot until 10 mins past my appt time. I then tried knocking and the door once more before I left....no answer and still locked. I sent her an email afterwards telling her what happened and that I would be fine with rescheduling if something had come up (she said she was having family issues when I first contacted her weeks before). She insisted I was LYING! Are you kidding me? I drove out there and wasted my time, money, and patience. She is a horrible business owner and was not accountable for HER mistake and her unprofessionalism. If I could give her negative stars I would. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! read more

Got a couple of Groupons with my wife. Managed to partially use them over a long period of time as dictated by the owner, Nicole. We accommodated her wishes and scheduling without comment. We recently tried to contact and schedule our remaining massages for more than a month, however, I am not sure if the business is still running because the owner will no longer answer emails, calls, texts. If the business is still running, than the character of this person is obvious, no need to say more. My advice, be very careful purchasing Groupons (or other coupons/deals) for this business; you will probably end up as we did. Fortunately, Groupon gave us partial credit for our purchase. As for the service, while Nicole gives a decent massage. it is nothing to write home about. We had much better. As for her help at the time, on April 1st (I do not remember her name, an asian lady), her massage was quite poor and short by at least 10-15 minutes. Sorry, nothing personal, I liked her as a person and even tipped her for her personality (not for her massage - btw, we tipped them both for each massage). When I informed Nicole about it later, she became very defensive and argumentative, as if I was wrong. As a customer, I believe I have the right to my opinion and in this case, I actually thought I was doing her a favor by giving her honest feedback. I guarantee my review is fair, objective, non-personal. I would have given the business 3 stars had Nicole at least honored the Groupons. 4 stars if she was the sole massage provider and if she treated us us as valued customers. Run, do not walk, to this establishment! This is the best massage I have ever had. I had miserable back surgery 2 years ago and have done PT, acupuncture and chiropractic which were all good but Nicole took it to a whole new level of relaxation. nicole has been going thru personal issues with a young son in & out of the hospital and an employee who quit without a notice. so yes, booking was difficult but i stayed with it and am glad i did ! been doing massage therapy for over 30 yrs. and nicole is one of the best !! went in with lower back pain and neck & shoulder pain all relieved by end of massage. i would highly recommend nicole and hopefully her personal life will calm down for her soon ! read more
