When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the most welcoming and friendly woman, Michelle. I got a tour of the facility which was very clean, organized and impressive. Being there felt like a warm hug. The 1.5 hr massage left me feeling relaxed, lighter, with not a care in the world. It was without a doubt, the most unforgettable, relaxing experience ever! Knowing I booked a sauna to follow was the only motivation for wanting to move a muscle. The sauna was high-end with the option of soft music. Not imagining I could feel any more relaxed, as if entering another dimension, this felt so healing. The staff are accommodating, knowledgeable and experienced. This is a professional center where quality care is provided. I definitely will return, rebook, and recommend.

I felt comfortable and safe on the table, as well. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, but she seemed intentional to be very professional in her correspondence. Cons: I did note a hamstring injury and shoulder pain, but she didn't seem to focus much on those areas (rather, she massaged both sides of my body equally), to my dismay--next time, I'll be more vocal (yet polite) about it. It was also a bit tricky to get a hold of her at times, but don't give up! Next time I'm in the area and looking to get another massage, I'd strongly consider going back to Nicole. :)
