Beginning with my check-in, everyone was polite and pleasant and very helpful. Nurses Jen and Stella were awesome and are each a credit to their profession! My MD Maria was great too! Very accommodating, upfront, and professional. Even the techs and staff who helped me during my visit were fantastic. I have no problem recommending this care center to anyone in need, and I won't hesitate to visit in the future.

I have seen…read moreseveral providers here, Paula Sommers NP, Wanda Pothier NP, Paula Carmichael MD, Mark Tarantuan MD, and finally Dr. Levenson. Some of these providers have moved on to other practices but my experiences have been pretty good overall! I usually only see Dr. Levenson once per year for my physical as I think that I am very healthy! I have 3 medications that I am on and he refills them for 1 year, no problem with this visit. My visit tends to be quick but I always feel as if he has spent plenty of time with me! That's is an invaluable skill. I have to say there was one time where I felt Paula Sommers lectured me as a teen. Looking back, I needed to hear it. She also sent me a card after my Mother who was her patient had died from a short battle with lung cancer. I was no longer her patient at this time. It was incredibly thoughtful and kind and was in no way necessary! I love this office!

I was a patient of Dr. Amy Chang. She told me it was the law to contact the hospital social worker…read moreif the family was previously involved with DCF in the past. I talked to my lawyer and he said that is a lie. Well she contacted the hospital social worker and the hospital social worker contacted DCF to get information on my last case with DCF. DCF refused to tell them anything until she filed a 51A. The hospital social worker didn't want to file the report but she did anyways to get information. My daughter was taken straight from the hospital two days after she was born. She is now four months old and is still not home. Never trust this doctor's office with your babies well being. She forced the hospital to file a false report.

Difficult to work with. They insist on a faxed prescription before they will even schedule an…read moreassessment-you can't email them a scan of the document. I searched out a fax machine, paid to fax them and then they couldn't find it. When they finally found it they told me that the prescription (from a major hospital) was unacceptable so they couldn't see me. The physical therapy center I ultimately went to didn't require any documents to set up an evaluation appointment and was found the prescription perfectly acceptable. Felt like i wasted time and money trying to go to Hubbard.

I had been hospitalized about 4 years ago. This woman was the neurologist on call and subsequently…read moretook me as a regular patient when I got out. I thought it was odd that her office used to be a small bank in a small podunk town in CT. It was formerly a residence, converted to a bank, and now, complete with drive up window, it is her medical "practice". My appointments were always short, which irritated me because I was asked a few questions (same ones every time, as though I was new), given a script and out the door in 15 minutes, after driving 45 to get there. The Vicodin I was prescribed came with the condition that I was urine tested (every visit) at the hospital (additional 20 minutes away) to insure I wasn't selling or abusing them. When I had had enough of taking opiates and jumping through the ridiculous hoops, I told her I needed something else, non-narcotic. She had prescribed big ibuprofen pills to be taken as needed. I had been taking up to 4 a day. I started having increased swelling in my legs and feet and the pain was not getting any better, in fact it was getting more intense. I had gone to my PC for a physical and he had noticed the swelling and I told him of the pain and the change in meds from Z.M. He told me that with my other meds (which she had a list of) and my other medical issues (which she knew about), the ibuprofen was causing my kidneys to shut down due to the drug interaction. Why did she allow me to take these as needed? She should have known this would be a problem. In addition, on my last visit, as I was leaving, she had come out to the "waiting room". In front of other patients, and loud enough for all to hear, she said " Oh, you owe me for the last 2 visits, they were not pre-approved by your PC, so insurance is not paying." This was embarrassing to say the least, and probably some type of privacy violation. I contacted my PC and their office DID indeed send the referral 2 MONTHS prior. I had the date and time when it had been sent. When I called, the new admin assistant said she had just "found" it and it had been sent when they had just fired the last AA for incompetency. I think it was a matter of incompetency on the part of several people. People like Mroczka should not be allowed to play doctor in a pretend doctor's office with people's real health. This woman is a quack, beware!
