The man who gave me the massage was very nice - albeit spoke in broken English. The massage was for pain relief so yes very intense but I pushed through. He did do some aggressive massage and did warn that I might have bruising since I'm so fair but I didn't expect it to be this bad. Guess that's on me. But I didn't get the feeling that they were "pros" here - otherwise the experience was fine but probably wouldn't come back

Shannon, mother of 2 small kids, recently joined the ranks of massage therapists. And found herself under the mentorship of Caroline Harris. Caroline's new age approach to holistic healing, polarity and light, adds a spiritual dimension to massage that is very relaxing. Shannon is very mindful of her bedside manners and treats the body with respect. She was so concerned with too much pressure, so I can't say I got the type of deep tissue that I favor... BUT I can say, her approach was thorough, very on target with stretching me and with an eye for the human body even before contact. I could feel the energy flow as she performed her massage, and that was a very welcome bonus. I walked in excruciating pain. Walked out not pain free but relieved and walking much loser and better. They use natural oils and I LOVE the lavender. I started meditating and matched my breathing to her flow... and I went into a deep and relaxing sleep. I booked my next and look forward to coming back over and over again and experiencing polarity therapy and clearing chakra. New age you must be thinking... Weird... Yep, it works. Don't take my word for it. When you put down the advil and forget where your ibuprophen is... you'll be a believer. Customer service you may ask? Everything you expect and then some. They call when they say they will. They have a well organized list of the groupons, so if you don't have your voucher number - they will find you. Its a peaceful and relaxing experience from booking to walking out the door. :-) HEAVEN

There is an 800 number to book appointments, and if you look at their website there are multiple locations throughout the US, but you can't use the website to book appointments. I called Groupon and they refunded me my money, which is great. If you look online there is nothing about this place anywhere. There was no yelp (until now), no facebook page, no google review... odd. I wish I had called and checked it out before I bought the groupon. Steer CLEAR of this place. She informed me that the location in Palm Beach Gardens where I received my Groupon gift was CLOSED. No "I'm sorry it's closed" just oh that location is closed. So I said, what am I supposed to do with my Groupon now. She said call Groupon, so I asked her name and she said Maggie, I was like ok well whats your last name- she became very rude and angry and said, I AM NOT GIVING YOU MY LASTNAME! I was like well when I call Groupon I would like to tell him who I spoke too she said they can call and ask I am the only Maggie here. SO RUDE. This would have gone totally different if she had people skills and knew how to speak properly. If she said, "I'm sorry, I don't feel comfortable giving out my last name, but I am the only Maggie here, so there shouldn't be a problem." So not only do I NOT get the Massage we paid for but, I am yelled at on the phone by a rogue employee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and if there is a manager reading this, get your people proper training.
