There is an 800 number to book appointments, and if you look at their website there are multiple locations throughout the US, but you can't use the website to book appointments. I called the number to book on 4/12/2016 and the man on the phone said that there is nothing available for that location until SEPTEMBER!!! The Groupon expires on August 6th (120 days from purchase). I called Groupon and they refunded me my money, which is great. If you look online there is nothing about this place anywhere. There was no yelp (until now), no facebook page, no google review... odd. I wish I had called and checked it out before I bought the groupon. Steer CLEAR of this place. Groupon or not... you'll never get in.
