Every appointment is consistently great and she talks with me about where my problem areas are so she can determine the best course of action for that appointment. As someone who works on a computer all day for her job, my trouble areas tend to be my upper back and neck. I've also recently developed some sciatic nerve issues and Jenn is thoughtful and thorough in helping to address those problems, as well. Jenn has also instructed me on stretching exercises to help with my problem areas, and I can't say I'm always consistent in doing them, but when I do, they help a lot! The massage I was given was definitely not a traditional Swedish massage but more of a targeted, deep, therapeutic service. I did 90 mins and that consisted of massage with hot stones, hot towels and a lovely foot massage! I literally just got home 10 mins ago from there and I can barely keep my head up, lol. Im going to sleep SO well tonight!! Definitely give them a try. Affordable prices, REAL therapeutic massage (none of that fluff and buff stuff) anddddd every 10th massage is FREE!!
