He is exceptionally thourough, very professional and knowledgeable. Let's say his professionalism and concern are absolutely 5 star. Hids staff is kind and efficient. The reminder system is awesome by text and email. I love the weekday hours that go until 7 pm - and Saturday hours- great for a full time working person. I feel a change already after just a few treatments but realize chiropractic takes time treating issues that I have been accepting for years. Main stream Doctors had no answers. I look forward to Dr Stephen D'aquila getting my back to a point of feeling stronger, my lower back issues resolved and hoping as we go along that my hand numbness may possibly subside if in fact coming from issues with my spine.

I've been in the spa industry 10 years so I can be quite critical of someone's work. But I cannot say enough about Ley!! She is everything I've been looking for. EXTREMELY thorough, professional and prideful of her work. You can tell she's mindful of every move she makes. She is the type of person I would follow from spa to spa if she ever left. I already made my next appointment-and I NEVER do that on the spot (I always call last minute) but I wanted to make sure I get in with her.

It is in the basement of the owner's home. There isn't any privacy. (My stuff was in the bathroom, and a man from the 'waiting room' was walking around the tank and using the bathroom -- could clearly hear him urinating even with ear plugs.) It wasn't completely dark nor completely quiet... so, I was a bit bummed about the distraction waking me from my time. I asked the kind attendant to have the owner call me so we could discuss the issue, and she never called me. In the shower I heard a dog barking (don't know if it was from upstairs or from the neighbor's next door)... So, it is a no frills, no privacy establishment... if that's your gig, that's fine, however if you expect privacy, then I suggest a different venue.

I grew up in Smithfield and started coming here the year that Krista opened---5 years ago!!! Now, I live in Westerly, which is AN HOUR DRIVE and I commute 2 hours every 2 weeks just for my lashes!!!! And I literally have no regrets because the product is so worth it. I go to Krista, the owner, but Kaitlyn is just as amazing, my best friend went to Kaitlyn and was just as impressed with her work! Krista is so professional, clean, friendly and considerate of your concerns and issues. During the spring time, I have really bad allergies and Krista has come in early and stayed late whenever I have asked her to do so. Krista also goes over the entire lash products with you when you are a first time client; I had 100 questions and then some, and she was so patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I have let my fake lashes fall off completely, to make sure that my real lashes were still there and they are healthy, strong and completely in tact, there is absolutely no damage. In fact my eye doctor complimented my lashes and said that they were the best extensions he had ever seen! I love the salon so much and feel so comfortable with Krista that I also get my hair done here now too! Recently, my grandfather passed away and Krista was so compassionate that she came in two hours early to make sure that my mom's color was done and she was able to relax and be pampered before the wake and funeral. It meant so much to her, and she said that Krista made her feel at home. During such a difficult and emotional time, this meant the world to my mom! All the girls that work here are professional, friendly, and masters of their work. I trust them implicitly with my hair, skin, lashes, everything!!!! I highly recommend Per Caso Salon!

I felt comfortable and safe on the table, as well. Due to extenuating circumstances, we had to reschedule my appointment a couple of times, but she seemed intentional to be very professional in her correspondence. Cons: I did note a hamstring injury and shoulder pain, but she didn't seem to focus much on those areas (rather, she massaged both sides of my body equally), to my dismay--next time, I'll be more vocal (yet polite) about it. It was also a bit tricky to get a hold of her at times, but don't give up! Next time I'm in the area and looking to get another massage, I'd strongly consider going back to Nicole. :)
