My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work. Her, and the other nail technicians all do their artwork by hand, and they all are super creative. Veronica can, and will paint anything you want on your nails. If you bring in a photo of something you may want she can easily replicate it. She is always finding new ways to make your nails stand out. Both myself and my mother get complements on our nails each and every time we get them done. The Perfect 10 is very clean and they know the right ways to apply nails so that they do not hurt you or give you infections. Their prices are very good, and on the lower side compared to other similar nail salons. They don't charge extra for nail art so you can do anything you want on ANY amount of nails you would like for NO additional charge! After it was done, we both agreed it wasn't what was decided on. She offered to redo at no charge. I agreed and went back. This time my hair was over processed and some hair coming out. I washed my hair the next day and the toner washed out. I'm now left with my hair looking brassy, orange and silver. I'm doing at home conditioning to hopefully help my hair to stop coming out. As you can see in the pictures it's very trashy. It looks like I have 6 inch roots. I can't wear it in certain ways because it shows the 6in looking roots or the spotted sides. I had emailed her explaining the situation and sent the pictures. She basically said, sorry you wasted your time. She's not understanding this is her salons work and now I'm the one walking around with no confidence at all and feeling ugly. As her picture with her statement says, everyone should walk out feeling they're best or most confident. I didn't, I feel worse. She's not looking at the after pictures I sent. You are suppose to walk out a salon feeling your most confident and most beautiful, I didn't get that pleasure. The owner is failing to see that my hair looks like I never even had it done. It looks like I have 7in roots. How is it possible for a business to take my money to make my hair look worse. I was NEVER given forms to sign. I was told I was signing the no show/cancelation form. It's one of the tiny things that you would use to sign for your signature on your license. She was tagged in the post by another person. So she's not telling the truth on that part. She was ignoring me thru emails. She replied 1 and I was emailing her back with more pics and information. But she could careless and ignored me. I have my email thread that shows her 1 email. Yes I talked with the stylist twice. I explained what I wanted and didn't want. I told her every detail about my hair. When I went back for the redo, I asked her if this would be safe for my hair. The stylist said yes, of course. If I didn't think your hair was strong enough, I wouldn't redo it. I also had to ask for a deep conditioning after. As you can see from pics, I have a lot of breakage and hair coming out still. Let's get over the fact that she thinks the top layer looks good, which it doesn't. But as soon as I try to wear it in different styles, you see what looks like 7in roots. This world is crazy to think it's ok to treat people horrible after they made a mistake. I need your help to correct this situation. She as a business owner is not willing to admit the accident done and is instead playing victim. I have not once said 1 negative thing about her salon or stylist. No I'm not happy about this. Who would be happy walking out of a high end salon with longer, darker roots than when I walked in. I again, I paid over $200 dollars to look and feel cheap. I'm wearing a hat when I go out in public because I'm so embarrassed. I had many salon owners and stylist comment on my post about how sorry they were this happened and how bad it looks for business and that it needs to be corrected. What it boils down to is her not wanting to admit the wrong doing. I know the stylist didn't mean for this to happen to my hair but it did. Now my hair and I are suffering at their hands. This happened at their hands and it needs to be corrected so I can finally get it fixed and back on the road to healthy.
