Kimberly is not only trained and experienced in many different massage techniques, but she regularly attends classes, symposiums and trade shows, to further her education/knowledge, add to her tool base (like hot stones, cranial supports, and wooden tools), and works with the client based on their needs, desires and feedback. Kimberly is a real professional, maintaining a professional appearence, a clean and well equiped office, which is centrally located right off Route 3, Exit 6. She also maintains a web site for making appointments, and she is always available by phone or text, and is very good about getting back in a very timely manner. Let's face it, it's a weird thing to meet someone for 2 minutes, then enter a room, strip down, and lay on a table. Well, at least it is for me (to each his or her own). But, Heather made the experience super comfortable. She has a nice energy and I felt at ease. That's all well and good, but her hands, though? Her hands are...magic. She asked for my pressure preference, checked on my comfort, and had at it with my knots. I was locked up pretty good in my shoulders and hamstrings thanks to a new workout routine. When I left, my muscles were loose and my tension was gone. The outside looks like what it is - an old brick professional building. I thought it was pretty cool, actually. Then, I was impressed with how inside the spa was decorated. It was gorgeous! I loved the colors and details in the massage room. I completely forgot I was essentially in a small office building. Everyone there has a different technique - some better than others - but they all do a good job and they don't jip you on the time. Even when the buzzer goes off they still finish up whatever they were doing and then send you on your way. Prices are by the minute and in five minute increments starting at 10, which is $10. I always go for $20 because I can't justify spending $30 on a chair massage when I can get a groupon for an hour-long ACTUAL massage for that price, but I know I want more than ten minutes. They also do foot massage which, if you can get over having your feet rubbed in the middle of the mall, is amazing and a great relaxation at the end of a tough day. Make sure you get a punch card -- you get a punch for every 10 minutes you get a massage. After 10 punches you get 10 minutes free!

Called and they quickly confirmed they'd be available in 15 min to do a one hour massage ($60). Excellent massage, and felt a lot better afterwards! Gave 4/5 stars because lady there is a one woman show, and had to stop mid massage several times to answer phone and attend customers walking in. She also wouldn't punch my "get 10 massages and receive free 30 min foot massage" card because I didn't give more than a $20 tip, which was weird, but a commonly random "rule" at many of these establishments. But nonetheless, will come back again!
