I came here for some foot reflexology which is great for a person like me who spends a lot of time standing at work. The whole environment in this place is relaxing and peaceful even though it is located within a shopping mall. It was fairly busy when I went into the place but they did have someone available to take me in right away. The person who worked on me applied just the right amount of pressure during the service and did a great job. I was satisfied with the service that I received and would definitely put this on my list of places to go back to.

Fast forward to today. We just learned they never cancelled pro account! We have thousands of dollars in re occurring charges. When I called to question, they said that they have record from January of 2021 of us canceling,, but the rep told me that since I don't have a copy of my cancellation agreement (was never given one) they can't help. Interestingly, "30"% is added in as a tip regardless which is pushy for a place of this caliber. The lady doing my massage was incredibly nice, but her pressure was harsh despite asking for medium light. She hyper fixated on rubbing my shoulders to the point of pain because they tend to be a little hyper mobile and she was endlessly working on them. I only really enjoyed the part where she rubbed my head, legs, and feet. I'd suggest not to go here if you do not like rough/deep massages because that's what you're getting.

I went weekly to Margie for about 1 year but when she left that office would not provide her new location info. I found her again about 2 years ago and I'm a weekly regular. In fact, I plan on getting massages more regularly because her prices are so great. She did an amazing job working out tension in my neck and back. The only thing I can say that is anything less than glowing is that the space isn't very fancy (but it's definitely still clean and appropriate - plus she has a heated table that was heavenly). But in my opinion, a bunch of crazy decorations has nothing on a massage from Amanda. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. TRY HER OUT! You'll want to go back I am sure.

I always go for $20 because I can't justify spending $30 on a chair massage when I can get a groupon for an hour-long ACTUAL massage for that price, but I know I want more than ten minutes. They also do foot massage which, if you can get over having your feet rubbed in the middle of the mall, is amazing and a great relaxation at the end of a tough day.
