She said that EFT Tapping had helped her a lot, and that it might be more accessible, since once you learn the technique you can do it on your own without a therapist. In a few sessions, Kirsten helped me to completely overcome issues that I'm sure would have taken me many years to overcome in traditional talk therapy. Kirsten is a gifted healer with a compassionate heart and open mind. She listens carefully and is able to craft uniquely perfect individual tapping sessions. I have not only found EFT Tapping to be helpful recently, but I'm sure that it will be a tool that I can carry forward in the future. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have found Kirsten.

Kirsten is so supportive and gentle in her approach and she really studies the techniques she uses to gently lead you through and past your traumas so you can get more clear about what you really want in life. I have done so much therapy in my life. But Kirsten helped me clear traumas from my past in a relatively short period of time. Now she teaches Kundalini Yoga and that allows me to continue on my path of self-love. When I first started working with her ADD was really holding me back - I was taking medication for it. Now that I have cleared so much trauma I can literally think clearly and stay on task better. I don't have so much distracting chatter in my head. Abbie

I was looking for Ketamine Assisted Therapy for my treatment-resistant depression & bipolarity…read more Their bedside manner, specifically the anesthesiologist, is bordering on horrible. Their response time is great- Oli, the ketamine-coach, is usually available via phone and is patient and kind. My main problem: The medical staff did not look for ongoing verbal consent, they didn't explain what was happening during my intake and started putting "vitamins" in my bloodstream without explaining consulting/asking for consent. If you engage with them, be specific about your needs for ongoing verbal consent, clear medical explanations, and a bedside manner that leads to feeling respected. The MD (anesthesiologist) dismissed my concerns by saying "it's natural- it's not the medicine, it's natural." When I asked for clarity on the medical meaning of "natural," I was met with frustration and "it's things that are already in your body." Again- that's not a medical response- it's dismissive. Oli, the person in charge of guiding/coaching me through the experience, admitted that the anesthesiologist is a great doctor but lacks a good bedside manner. I was baffled- why would you allow that with severely depressed folks? Everything is paid out of pocket, which means that if they start any kind of IV bag (with or without telling you?) you are on the hook for the dollars. If you are looking for Ketamine treatments with psychotherapy, that is NOT the main thing this place offers. They do offer a legal space for therapists to come in and assist clients in a Ketamine session. This was not clear to me until I carefully read and signed their paperwork before my first on-site visit. They offer COACHING to accompany ketamine experiences. The coaches are NOT THERAPISTS OR PSYCHIATRISTS. If you are suffering, I'm sorry, mental illness is so debilitating. If you use CIT, make sure you explain your needs for information and consent as things are being done to you. READ their disclaimers. Also, they don't have encryption, so anything medical you share will not be protected by encryption. Again, I didn't find this out until I read the proverbial fine print.

While I…read morehave had previous ketamine treatments, the experience with CIT had been the most complete, compassionate, effective, and comfortable. Treatments can often stretch the limits of your comfort, and can bring up heavy feelings as you integrate your experiences and memories. You will be prepped ahead of time, and debriefed after/between sessions. The rooms are very comfortable, and you can utilize the level of stimulation (music, lights, etc) to your liking. I've only worked with Dr. Danforth as the administering physician, who is thoughtful and collaborative with dosing and care plans. I have spoken to Dr. Tibble at length on the phone, who provided me with a ton of information about their services and process. Joyce handles the scheduling and payments (and sometimes intake/IV starts), and is very responsive, kind, and skilled. The entire team exudes warmth. I recommend them highly to anyone who is considering ketamine treatment. I have been to both the Marin and Vacaville clinics, and both are great. While the entire team is fantastic, I have to give a special shout out to Oli, one of the guides. Oli has been by my side during each treatment, holding space, grounding me, asking gentle but pointed questions, and listening and reflecting with the deepest compassion and non-judgment. I can say with certainty that my treatments would not have been as effective without this guidance and support, though the ketamine itself does some pretty miraculous work (and some people prefer a solo journey). He is thoughtful, warm, and you get the sense that he truly cares about your well-being and future. I am incredibly grateful for his presence. Book a call to learn more - they are more than willing to provide you with extensive information and answer any of your questions.

After much work as a couple--and more importantly, individually--we decided to end the marriage, very amicably, with a plan that focused on the children as a priority. Without her loving but firm guidance, our dissolution could have ended poorly. Instead, we are co-parents in a much healthier, happier mindset than where we started. We are honest, transparent and more communicative with each other, our children, our loved ones. I also committed to many hours of very productive NLP work that has left me feeling freer, happier, less stressed...a better version of who I was. Epiphany gave so much of herself in our sessions--from a very genuine and warm place that made me feel open, secure and receptive. It can be hard to describe the impact of her work, but it worked for me and my family...I feel blessed to have her in my life.

First session, was really interesting, Epiphany checked in with both of us on the phone individually, understanding what we each want from the relationship. session started; at first bumpy, but little after turned into a very smooth interaction between my wife, myself and Epiphany and things started to align. It was a great feeling to listen to an impartial second opinion on our conflicts. Both my wife and I felt a lot lighter after the session. Epiphany is knowledgable, insightful and extremely smart. detail oriented and extremely articulate. She challenged our thoughts and opinions in the most productive way possible that really resonated with us. little did I know that our problems were deeper than just one session and we weren't proactive about scheduling other sessions with Epiphany. through series of incidents my marriage fell apart and my wife moved out. I called Epiphany and begged for help. Words can't do the justice on how Epiphany handled the situation. It took her couple of weeks to put things back together again and finally my wife moved back in. extremely difficult times for my wife and I but knowing Epiphany is working behind the scenes gave us the comfort. I owe my marriage to Epiphany. Marriage issues aside, Epiphany helped me build a stronger, mature and calmer personality. My personality grew exponentially throughout my sessions with Epiphany. This growth is impacting my relationship, work and friends in an extraordinary positive way. I am extremely thankful for having the opportunity to work with Epiphany. I can't thank her enough. I will never forgot what she did for me and what she is continuing to do for me. Her support doesn't stop when sessions end. She is available pretty much 24/7 on the phone. Again, words can't describe my gratitude for Epiphany. Pouria

My partner and I found a desire to cultivate better communication in our relationship. By searching the Internet, she found an interesting class that promised "better tools for a happier relationship." The class was hosted at the Relationship Skills Center in Sacramento, a place that I had never heard of. I was a bit weary about how valuable this course would be because, well,... it was Free. Adding to my concerns, the class started off very basic and was led by two young (but well intended) individuals. We did some "exercises" that I thought were too elementary. Such as: "Stand in this corner if you like to be loved. Stand in that corner if you like to argue." I almost walked out of the door because I didn't want to play games all day... I actually wanted to learn something. But, I swallowed my pride and tried to go along with the class... mostly because I promised my girlfriend I would. I'm glad that she helped me keep that promise. The "exercises" were a warm-up to the actual class discussion. The discussion was lead by David Clark and after about 15-minutes I was grateful that I stayed. David has the ability to teach by what others may call "word pictures". I don't know how else to describe it. But, he teaches a new concept that may be hard to understand at first and, then, quickly explains that concept with familiar examples. Most of my notes consisted of drawings of these examples and a few words so I could remember the new concepts. I know... sounds remedial, doesn't it? For me, however, I needed it to be basic. After all, I was not having very good success with communication because I was over-complicating it. I'm sure David noticed that we all needed his help. But, he never once made us feel "dumb" or otherwise uncomfortable. He mostly adapted to our class and was able to find time for humor and he noticed when we were tired or overwhelmed. I appreciate that for each 6-hour (or more) session, he kept pace with a large binder of material. We went through every page, wrote in it and we got to take it home. Even tonight (the reason I write this review), David sent me a follow-up email asking about my progress after nearly 2-months had passed!!! That follow-up email he sent is one of the reasons I gave him 5-stars. Other reasons why I believe David deserves a 5-star review is that his classes ACTUALLY helped me and my relationship. I am happier. I do have less stress. And, I find it easier to have conversations and ACTUALLY listen to people. All of the lessons I learned from David help me at work, at home and in every day life. At this point in my life, I'm beginning to learn how to communicate all over again. I would highly recommend David Clark for improving relationship/communication skills. I personally was not disappointed, so perhaps you may have the same experience. It was certainly worth my time and effort.
