I clicked Print this Form and low and behold, there was a charge added to the total for an extra $14.95 to Print the online form I just filled out! I called him to say I didn't feel comfortable with that and he hung up on me. Putting two and two together, I would not feel comfortable doing business with someone who isn't honest and upfront. The printing option did not come with an extra charge disclaimer, putting people like me in a position to waste more time in finding a good service provider.
