I found Joyna after the hardest year of my life. With her help I was able to make sense of what had even happened, and how to move forward. She is an incredibly intuitive person and her style of coaching allows her to quickly (and I mean after a short, endearing moment of Joyna introspection) adapt to the client's hang-ups. For instance, I had gone through a brutal divorce and she took me through a number of spatial activities that put me in my own shoes, then those of an outside point of view (POV), and then my ex's POV, and I was able to understand that all the thoughts in my head were trapping me, and turning me myopic (among other, private realizations!). She devotes her heart to her work and is always on the clock. She truly goes above and beyond. Getting coached by Joyna has been one of best investments I have made. When I reached out to Joyna I was feeling stagnant, my negative self talk started to take over and I needed a change. I have already come so far in my life and I have done a lot of healing, but I was stuck, what now? I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't living up to who I want to be and I really wasn't sure where to start. The first session after we spoke for a bit we jumped into different aspects of life and set goals for each one! Finally I felt movement and I felt capable. Joyna has so many resources, so much insight and a passion for bringing the light out in others. I had suffered from chronic back pain for years and the prospect of surgery was both exciting and terribly frightening. Joyna was fantastic. I was skeptical about a life coaching session at first - I didn't feel like it was for me and was unsure whether it would yield any tangible outcomes.
