Nestled in a tiny shopping center between an Arco and a massive warehouse building you find all over the inland empire sits this unassuming dumpling spot. Once you walk in though, you feel like you've stepped right into a restaurant with china-inspired interiors you might find in the SGV. We were seated quickly and look through the picture menu. Of course at a dumpling house you must get their dumplings. The pork XLB dumplings were filled with soup and the pork filling tasted great. We found the wrap was easy to tear however, as we lost some of the soup as we were picking them up from the steamer. We also had the chicken and corn pan fried dumplings, which were packed full of filling and went very well with their chili oil. For apps, we had the smashed cucumber - refreshing and delicious in its vinegary marinade. The taro and sweet potato balls had a really nice chew to it. For dim sum items, we had the siu mai, steamed pork ribs, and chicken sticky rice in lotus leaf - all were excellent but the siu mai was the standout to me. Juicy, bouncy, and one of the best I've ever had. Service was very friendly. It might have been our mistake while ordering from the paper menu, but they were very responsive and quick to help us change our boiled chicken and corn dumplings to the pan fried version when they noticed that we were confused with what was delivered to the table. Definitely worth the hype. Came here after seeing a tik tok and had to try their XLB dumplings. The basic pork ones because if the basic ones don't taste good, then theres no point in getting the fancy ones. And the JUICE! Sooo savory and delicious! Meat was tender and dumpling skin was steamed al dente. Their udon noodles were great too, just the right amount of peppered spice. The little piggy red bean baos were just as pictured in the menu. Smaller than I expected but still pretty delicious. The ambiance was nice, very clean and their door chime was unique. Service was great. This restaurant is AMAZING!!! We absolutely LOVED everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot! The service was EXCELLENT! Our server, Coco, was very friendly, helpful, polite, and very efficient. Sai was sweet, too. Our food was cooked to order, and everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. My daughter loves the juicy pork soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)! We had three orders just so she could take an order home. The restaurant is clean, the portion are good, and the prices are reasonable. Also, they provide various delicious tea drinks with boba! This place is AMAZING!!! Excellent food. Appetizers are really good and the options are amazing ESPECIALLY for vegetarians. Entrees, dumplings, soups, noodles, etc. Every item has been delicious. And for the prices, the value is awesome. One More Bite Dumpling in Chino was fantastic. The staff, quality of food, and affordable prices were all terrific. Upon entering around 5pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was full. They have several tables in the center and a handful of tastefully decorated booths around one of the sides. We tried several items including the cucumber salad, pork dumplings, pork chop fried rice, and noodles. We enjoyed each item; especially the pork chop fried rice. The dumplings were very good, which I would compare to a very well-known and pricy place you might know. We also tried a couple of boba drinks. Regarding the service, it was excellent. Came to check out this new spot. In a nutshell it is pricey but a nice place to dine in at for a special occasion. They put a lot of thought into the interior design but not into the service - expect the kind of service you get at the cafes iykyk. The Shanghai pan fried buns are what you gotta come here for. We found out that this was located so close to us and figured it was finally worth a try. Lots of parking available and we went in around 630 on a thursday night and were seated right away. It does get busy so if its a popular time, there may be a wait. The inside is larger than it looks with cute decor. My husband and I went with my cousins. Between all of us, we were able to sample a decent number of items. If you're a vegetarian like me, there are definitely several veg friendly options. The scallion pancake is delicious, light and flaky. The cucumber salad was flavorful. The veg spicy wontons were delicious and had a kick to them. The veg fried udon with carrots and broccoli were also flavorful. Everyone else tried the pork and shrimp spicy wontons, chicken dumplings, pork fried rice, and cantonese pork buns, pork XLB and enjoyed the items. The fried rice, xiao long bao, and spicy wontons were the faves. Clearly enjoyed all the items and forgot to take more pictures. For dessert, we got the taro buns, coconut cream buns and egg buns. The taro was our favorite and none of the desserts were overtly sweet. The coconut cream and egg buns were good. However, will probably pass on the dessert in the future, prefer their savory dishes. New dumpling place in chino. Was packed at 5pm as people are trying it for the first time. Got the two dishes in the picture and steamed pork dumplings. The dumplings were lacking in flavor majorly. The sauce it came with didn't help much. They were home made but definitely needed more salt. The dough was a lot thicker than usual too. The udon was just ok the noodle texture was good but a bit too salty. Glad I tried but won't be back. Much prefer bafang for dumplings or even Thumbling in West Covina. I was a little sketched out because of the location but the inside is cuter than expected. The food is good and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The staff seemed unprepared for large groups but they did their best. So close to home, we literally walk there! We ordered so many things and everything we got were all so good that I forgot to take pictures! The fried pork chop was a hit. We got shrimp siumai and shrimp and pork dumplings - both were my favorites. We also got udon soup with dumplings, edamame, the sesame balls. Really wanted to give this place a perfect score since it's been highly anticipated, but just a few things held it back. This lands closer to a 3.5-star experience for me, rounded up to 4. First off, 10/10 ambience. The interior is immaculate. You'd never expect a spot this elevated sitting next to an Arco and a Wienerschnitzel. Lastly, a small but noticeable thing: the men's restroom urinal looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, which was surprising given the restaurant seems fairly new. So we drove two hours to their Chino location to see if it's actually worth the hype before they open in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Short answer: yeah... it is. We went all in--basically a 15-course deep dive--and here's what stood out: The Cantonese BBQ pork buns were an easy win--soft, fluffy, and filled with that classic sweet-savory barbecue pork. 10/10 The pork xiao long bao delivered exactly what you want--delicate dumplings packed with rich, hot broth. Go slow, or you'll burn your mouth. The Shanghai pan-fried buns had that crispy bottom with a juicy interior--great texture contrast. The beef fried udon with black pepper sauce brought something heartier--thick noodles, bold flavor, and a peppery kick that lingers. The black truffle combination fried rice was surprisingly good--loaded with chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp, with that earthy truffle note running through it. For wontons, we tried the roe mushroom shrimp and pork shumai (our least favorite of the day) and the chicken and corn version with spicy sauce (9/10). On the sweet side, the fried sesame balls were crispy on the outside, chewy inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. The coconut cream balls were another favorite--warm, chewy, and lightly sweet with great texture. The taro and sweet potato balls were solid, but if you're choosing, go coconut. And then the standout sweet: the black golden egg custard buns. These look incredible, but more importantly, that warm, creamy custard center is ridiculously good. We also tried the fried sticky rice dumplings with pork--super filling, dense, and savory--and the egg custard buns in their classic form, but honestly, the black golden version is the one to get. This is One More Bite's fourth and newest location. I've been to every single location with the exception of the one in San Marcos. I have been a fan since I tried the one in Wildomar few years back. I still like Wildomar location the best because it's the most spacious one, but this one is my second favorite. The decor is similar with a zen-like vibe. Quality of food is comparable to other locations I visited. I mainly come for its Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao because it's not an item I've seen at other similar restaurants. It's a bit on the pricey side but the flavor profile is excellent. They don't just flavor it with some truffle oil, I actually saw little pieces of black truffle inside. Also tried regular Pork Xiao Long Bao, Red Bean Paste Buns, and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings. They were all solid. The red bean paste buns are in the shape of a pig. Service was casual and nothing over the top. They took a long time to bring us our check even though everything else was paced well. It's located across the street from Chino Airport. There's decent amount of parking spots in the plaza. read more

Wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Fried basil adds extra depth. Cucumber Salad -was just cucumber chopped up and they dressed it with the same chili oil on table for your dumpling.. I wouldn't order this again. Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao -wrapper is a bit thick and would be much better if they made it thinner. Juicy but not much juice. Black Truffle & Pork Xiao Long Bao -truffle mushroom was a bit chunky, added extra texture. Wrapper on this one was also a bit thick. Pork & Shrimp Dumpling -texture of dumpling wrapper was good, slight chew and not soggy. Filling was what you expected. Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice -fried rice itself was good, there was a bit of wok heat flavor. Pork chop had an odd texture, it was almost like meatloaf battered and pan fried. Pork was pretty spongy. Came here during a lunch break to try them out. Overall my group and I had a decent experience. Only thing was that they weren't attentive, even when there wasn't a lot of customers. The waitresses were faced away from us while we waited for them to turn around so we can order. Eventually, the service picked up and they were very helpful. For a Chinese restaurant in Chino, I wasn't expecting much, but the food turned out delicious. The food tasted authentic, we enjoyed our meal. I ordered the Wonton and Udon with Spicy Sauce. There wasn't much flavor, but once I added the soy sauce and vinegar , it tastes really good with the spicy sauce (chili oil). We received a little gift at the end of the meal. There was only one and I got to keep it. Really cute. Will definitely come back again and refer them to our company to purse from in the future for our appreciation lunches. read more

I've been to One More Bite Dumpling House a few times during my lunch breaks, and it's quickly become one of my go-to spots in the area... They have a really solid variety of options on the menu.. So far I've tried several of their dumplings, wontons, udon noodles, and a few of their drinks, and everything has been fresh and flavorful... One of the coolest parts of dining here is that they have a glass window where you can actually watch the staff making the dumplings from scratch... Seeing them prep the ingredients and fold the dumplings while you're eating adds a nice authentic touch. They also have a drink station where they prepare their boba teas and iced teas.. I've tried a few different teas and they've all been really refreshing.. I like that you can customize the sweetness level and adjust the ice to your preference, which is always a plus... The staff has always been friendly and welcoming whenever I visit, and the restaurant itself is very cute and well kept. It's clean, comfortable, and perfect for a casual meal.. Overall, it's a great place for a quick lunch if you're nearby, and it could even work for a casual dumpling date night... I feel like a lot of people don't realize this spot exists because it's tucked away in an industrial area, but it's definitely worth checking out if you're in Chino.. I've been to a lot of dim sum places so I was excited to try out this place when it opened and finally did. We had a group of 7 and not once did the server check up on us. Also, the younger female server was pissed every time we asked for more sauce, napkins, chopsticks, etc. You're pissed you have to do your job? She even made a sound and whispered something to herself. Never had a server roll their eyes at us at a restaurant that was a first. Most of their food was great. They had the second best pork xiao long bao that I've tried. It was very soupy. The interior was clean and very nice, with a decent amount of seating. Service was swift and the servers were polite. The good: pork soup dumplings were very good while hot, a bit less so once they got cold. The beef and broccoli was really good as were the garlic shrimp spring rolls. The prices were fantastic. The not-so-good: I didn't love the chili sauce. It was a bit dark and kind of charred tasting for me. The pork buns were good but the buns were a little dry. The shrimp and mushroom shumai were not something I liked. They tasted weird and were fairly chewy, and a bit fishy tasting. I could see someone else liking them but I wasn't a fan. Overall the prices were great and the soup dumplings were really good. Happy to see this place finally opened. We need more sit down Chinese in the area and this is a great addition. The spot has been completely transformed from the old Brandon Jr.'s restaurant and given a heavy Chinese aesthetic. They've got nice private booths along the perimeter and an open dumpling line where you can see the little morsels being made. We ordered ton of dumplings, the truffle XLB, hot chili wontons, and some dim sum. Everything came out quick and hot. Dumplings were nice and fat and the thick skin variety, which I like. Even the wrap on the XLB seemed heartier than other places, which means they're less prone to ripping. The chicken and corn was bit bad. Texture of the meat was a tad loose but the corn came through well. Pork and shrimp were well flavored with good shrimp flavor. Rainbow veggie dumplings were clean and refreshing. Definitely holds up to the meat counterparts. Truffle XLB was very juicy, though I wasn't getting as much truffle as I'd hoped. Still, flavor was good. Not gamey. Pork ribs were clean. Didn't have the usual black bean you find in most other spots so it's a lighter dish more focused on the pork flavor itself. Another standout would be the garlic shrimp spring roll. Very flavorful, very crispy. Definitely order a dish of these. Service was super quick and attentive. 10/10. Upon arriving at the location, there was ample parking in the plaza where the restaurant is located. We parked, hopped out, and entered the restaurant. The ambiance was nice and friendly, with aesthetically pleasing decorative touches, including fountains, plants, and warm lighting. We were greeted and invited to sit wherever space was available. They brought us menus, water, and utensils for sharing and eating. To start, we ordered the cucumber salad and vegetable spring rolls. For sharing, we got the Shanghai pan-fried dumplings, the chicken & corn wontons with spicy sauce, and the beef & broccoli. My favorite dish was the wontons--they were so savory and perfectly made! The veggie rolls were also great, but extremely hot, so we had to wait a while for them to cool. The dumplings were juicy and flavorful. The food was incredible overall (minus the beef and broccoli--the meat was a little chewy), but the service was lacking despite it not being too busy. We had to call out to the servers several times for additional items like boba, for boxes, and for the check, and we were rarely checked on during the meal. That said, I'd still come back. This place opened literally a week ago and it's already my new obsession. The Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao are insane - thin, elastic wrapper, tons of soup, and that sweet crab flavor shines through without overpowering the pork. The Black Truffle & Pork version? Next-level luxury. You smell the truffle the second the lid comes off, and the filling is ridiculously rich. 1/19/26 Today we ordered the Fried Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice, and it was really good. We also had the Shrimp & Pork Wonton Udon with Spicy Sauce, which quickly became a family favorite. Nice place to enjoy some authentic Chinese food. This is what we got and it was very good. They have so many variety of pan fried and steamed dumplings. Also have vegetable and red bean dumplings too , which I will Try next time I go. Good friendly service. And nice decor. The little ladies made the dumplings fresh right in front of us. read more

This amazing gem located in Chino is absolutely a great place to bring your family and friends. We have eaten here quite a few times and even visited their location in Menifee as well. We still love the Chino location because of the warm and friendly staff - Coco and Morgan. Food: All the food we have ordered tasted wonderful and is always made fresh. My family has focused on their favorites and those become are staples every time we come. Ambience: The establishment has a very quaint vibe. I love the gazebo/trellis for each of their booth seating. They have a wall with cubbies that have different unique tea pots.
