Immediately once you walk it, you notice the beautiful decorated clean restaurant. The menu had a wide variety of different dishes so there's something for everyone. We tried the Beef fried Udon with Black Pepper sauce, Crab and Pork XLB, and Shanghai Pan-fried buns. All were tasty. Though, I expected the pan-fried buns to be the typical crispy bottom buns with fluffy top, but it was extremely soggy with a thick wrapper. The inside juices from the meat made the buns soft. How unfortunate since it's not the traditional Shanghai ones I was craving.
Very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Once you enter the restaurant, you truly feel like you stepped into a fancy Chinese restaurant. Located in a big plaza with lots of parking. Servers are friendly and always came around to check on our water cups. The food was decent. We ordered cucumber salad which could have been marinated in vinegar longer. The Beef Fried Udon with Black Pepper Sauce was my favorite. It was flavorful and generous with beef slices. I enjoyed my Jasmine Green Milk Tea as well. We also ordered the crab & pork XLB. It was okay. It did it's job but couldn't really taste the crab meat. They have a good sized menu with some dim sum too. Overall a nice experience. Good choice if you're in the IE area.
Nestled in a tiny shopping center between an Arco and a massive warehouse building you find all over the inland empire sits this unassuming dumpling spot. Once you walk in though, you feel like you've stepped right into a restaurant with china-inspired interiors you might find in the SGV. We were seated quickly and look through the picture menu. Of course at a dumpling house you must get their dumplings. The pork XLB dumplings were filled with soup and the pork filling tasted great. We found the wrap was easy to tear however, as we lost some of the soup as we were picking them up from the steamer. We also had the chicken and corn pan fried dumplings, which were packed full of filling and went very well with their chili oil. For apps, we had the smashed cucumber - refreshing and delicious in its vinegary marinade. The taro and sweet potato balls had a really nice chew to it. For dim sum items, we had the siu mai, steamed pork ribs, and chicken sticky rice in lotus leaf - all were excellent but the siu mai was the standout to me. Juicy, bouncy, and one of the best I've ever had. Service was very friendly. It might have been our mistake while ordering from the paper menu, but they were very responsive and quick to help us change our boiled chicken and corn dumplings to the pan fried version when they noticed that we were confused with what was delivered to the table. Kudos to the staff for making us happy!
Definitely worth the hype. Came here after seeing a tik tok and had to try their XLB dumplings. The basic pork ones because if the basic ones don't taste good, then theres no point in getting the fancy ones. And the JUICE! Sooo savory and delicious! Meat was tender and dumpling skin was steamed al dente. Their udon noodles were great too, just the right amount of peppered spice. The little piggy red bean baos were just as pictured in the menu. Smaller than I expected but still pretty delicious. The ambiance was nice, very clean and their door chime was unique. Service was great. Staff was kind and attended to all our needs, but since we came for lunch, there wasn't that many people there. Overall, great place. Will be back.
The food is decent and I would recommend it if you have a craving and don't want to venture all the way to Din Tai Fung. Prices are competitive. Parking is pretty easy Food/Drink- 4 stars- everything was really solid and no complaints We ordered the shiu mai, cucumber salad, xiao long bao, pan fried noodles, scallion pancakes, and pork chop fried rice. The flavors were good, but the meat was on the leaner side, and you can see that you get what you paid for. It's good, but not excellent Service- 4 stars They are a bit understaffed, so you do have to fetch for service at times Bottom Line Large menu and flavors were good. One More Bite Dumpling in Chino was fantastic. The staff, quality of food, and affordable prices were all terrific. Upon entering around 5pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was full. They have several tables in the center and a handful of tastefully decorated booths around one of the sides. We tried several items including the cucumber salad, pork dumplings, pork chop fried rice, and noodles. We enjoyed each item; especially the pork chop fried rice. The dumplings were very good, which I would compare to a very well-known and pricy place you might know. We also tried a couple of boba drinks. Regarding the service, it was excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We found out that this was located so close to us and figured it was finally worth a try. Lots of parking available and we went in around 630 on a thursday night and were seated right away. It does get busy so if its a popular time, there may be a wait. The inside is larger than it looks with cute decor. My husband and I went with my cousins. Between all of us, we were able to sample a decent number of items. If you're a vegetarian like me, there are definitely several veg friendly options. The scallion pancake is delicious, light and flaky. The cucumber salad was flavorful. The veg spicy wontons were delicious and had a kick to them. The veg fried udon with carrots and broccoli were also flavorful. Everyone else tried the pork and shrimp spicy wontons, chicken dumplings, pork fried rice, and cantonese pork buns, pork XLB and enjoyed the items. The fried rice, xiao long bao, and spicy wontons were the faves. Clearly enjoyed all the items and forgot to take more pictures. For dessert, we got the taro buns, coconut cream buns and egg buns. The taro was our favorite and none of the desserts were overtly sweet. The coconut cream and egg buns were good. However, will probably pass on the dessert in the future, prefer their savory dishes. Definitely solid options and we'll be back to try more!

Amazing flavor, pork chop is tender, not dry at all, pairs really well with egg fried rice. For fried rice, we tried two times, the first time it was so good, each grain of rice is separated, well-seasoned. Otherwise, the 2nd time it had quite several lumps, which why i cannot give 5/5. - Pork xiaolongbao: 5/5. Juicy, filling is well-seasoned, the wrap is in perfect thickness. recommended! - Cold seasoned cucumber: 3/5. All i can taste was vinegar and soy sauce, not our favorite. Store is thoughtfully decorated, has the touch of ancient architecture & many fengshui decorations, which I find pretty!
loved this place! have been hearing good things about this place and i've been wanting to check it out. immediately impressed by the interior design of the store. i loved the bench seating and the wood design all around. the cute dumpling design on the sauce and napkin holders were so cute too every bite of food was so good and so flavorful. it was so hard to choose what was my favorite. the cucumber salad was so flavorful, loved the soy and vinegar mix and i even added the chili oil from the table for some spice. the fried sticky rice dumplings were so good, ive never had it before and that was so good. the xiao long bao was so delicious and the soup inside was so flavorful. the pan fried vegetable dumplings surprised me by how flavorful and juicy they were and it being rainbow colored was so cute #pridemonth i would definitely come back here. i want to take a large group to get seated in the large group table next to the bonsai tree! so cute! the service here was great and our food came out so quickly. we even celebrated with a cake at the end and was gonna eat it straight from the box, but the server was so kind to bring out plates for us without us asking! love the service here as well! totally recommend this place for lunch or dinner!

New dumpling place in chino. Was packed at 5pm as people are trying it for the first time. Got the two dishes in the picture and steamed pork dumplings. The dumplings were lacking in flavor majorly. The sauce it came with didn't help much. They were home made but definitely needed more salt. The dough was a lot thicker than usual too. The udon was just ok the noodle texture was good but a bit too salty. Glad I tried but won't be back. Much prefer bafang for dumplings or even Thumbling in West Covina. Rowland also has much better selection. At least the price wasn't bad and fair
New spot in chino by the preserve community. Ordering is sushi style with paper marking. There's some many items to choose from so we had to order a little of everything and everything was delicious! Our favorites were the pork chop fried rice, pan fried dumpling, fried tofu and the beef noodles. Our least favorite was the calamari. Must also try the coconut sesame balls. Sooo good! read more

They have no hostess. It's a big problem. You walk in and there is no one to talk to you stand there awkward as all heck and hope someone comes over to seat you. It's just as confusing if you're picking up. They have no sign in or organization as to who gets seated when. A 6 top was ready but they continued to seat 2 people at a time. It's abhorrent service skills and just not a good way to run a restaurant. The food is good I'll give them that. I enjoyed it. You order on an all you can eat type paper instead of having a designated server. Once you turn it in it's a real hassle if you feel like ordering something else because you don't have a server. Not having a hostess or server is not unheard of but then there should be an automated sign in/ordering system. Just having groups of people standing in the doorway wondering what to do is unacceptable and I saw a few people just walk out because of it. I would not eat here again there are sooooo many dim sum places in chino and chino hills it's not worth the hassle. read more

My boyfriend has been obsessed with this place & has been wanting to take me here. We did get there 30 mins prior to closing due to our busy schedules, but everything was still made fresh to order. My boyfriend ordered the pan fried dumplings, broccoli beef, wonton noodle soup, cucumber salad, and shrimp friend rice. They gave us 3 egg tarts for free! The highlights for me were the cucumbers, pan fried dumplings, & the broccoli beef. I was quite disappointed with the wonton soup due to the lack of uniqueness. Overall, I would come back just for the broccoli beef & pan fried dumplings. read more

So close to home, we literally walk there! We ordered so many things and everything we got were all so good that I forgot to take pictures! The fried pork chop was a hit. We got shrimp siumai and shrimp and pork dumplings - both were my favorites. We also got udon soup with dumplings, edamame, the sesame balls. So glad we finally have a place like this we can always go to. We used to drive to Din Tai Fung and now I think this is our new go-to place! Servers are so helpful and sweet! Really wanted to give this place a perfect score since it's been highly anticipated, but just a few things held it back. This lands closer to a 3.5-star experience for me, rounded up to 4. First off, 10/10 ambience. The interior is immaculate. You'd never expect a spot this elevated sitting next to an Arco and a Wienerschnitzel. Standout dishes for sure: the Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao (10/10) and Egg Custard Buns (10/10). Absolute fuego. Now a couple notes for improvement: Firstly, flavor for everything else we ordered was more on the bland side. I'm not one for over-the-top flavors and I typically prefer my meals a bit more bland, so this is saying a lot. We especially wanted to love the black truffle fried rice, but it fell a little flat for something that should feel more elevated. Not bad by any means, just average. Lastly, a small but noticeable thing: the men's restroom urinal looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, which was surprising given the restaurant seems fairly new. Overall, a beautiful space with some truly great dishes. With a bit more consistency on flavor and attention to detail, this could easily be a 5-star spot. read more

For as long as I have lived in this area this plaza has seemed like a nightmare for businesses. I'm glad that this cute little spot was able to find a home here. The decor inside is beautiful. They make a variety of boba and tea drink and the Food is amazing as well and comes out in a timely fashion. The shrimp dumplings were by far our favorite dish of the day. We originally felt that they were too expensive (3 pieces for 7.50) compared to other dim sum places but we were pleasantly surprised with how tasty they were. All of our other dishes were tasty as well. read more

Okay! This will now be our go to dumpling place! Honestly liked all the food. U think their XLB can get better but it satisfies the craving. The service was great! They came with everything that we need. Pretty good serving size as well. The inside of the restaurant was very cute as well with basically little Chinese pavillion. Everything was clean and it was overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend and will be back! Love love the cucumber the most! read more
Pros: Great location and plenty of parking large patio and indoor seating areas Fast service Large variety of items on menu Cons: The soup dumplings were only average, though the ladies making them were wonderful! I asked that my cucumber salad not be too spicy, but it was super hot! Pro tip: Though their soup dumplings aren't as amazing as Din Tai Fung, their dim sum is pretty tasty. This spot is good but not amazing. But for the location and not much other dumpling/xiao long bao near by this will do. You can see them hand wrap dumpling and xiao long bao in the front of restaurant. They had Shanghai Pan-Fried Buns crossed off on menu when I visited. Popcorn Chicken -batter had a slight chew to it. Wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Fried basil adds extra depth. Cucumber Salad -was just cucumber chopped up and they dressed it with the same chili oil on table for your dumpling.. I wouldn't order this again. Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao -wrapper is a bit thick and would be much better if they made it thinner. Juicy but not much juice. Black Truffle & Pork Xiao Long Bao -truffle mushroom was a bit chunky, added extra texture. Wrapper on this one was also a bit thick. Pork & Shrimp Dumpling -texture of dumpling wrapper was good, slight chew and not soggy. Filling was what you expected. Pork Chop Egg Fried Rice -fried rice itself was good, there was a bit of wok heat flavor. Pork chop had an odd texture, it was almost like meatloaf battered and pan fried. Pork was pretty spongy. Second time we ordered this dish; pork was very dry not sponge like and rice was 5% raw.. Hit or miss from personal experience. Boba Thai Tea -boba was garbage, no bounce and too soild. Food 4/5 - Ordered Pork Xiao Long Bao, fried pork chop egg fried rice, pork wonton & udon w/ spicy sauce, and fried tofu. Pork XLB was good, skin was thin and good amount of soup. Fried tofu had good fry batter, paired with sweet & sour sauce. Pork wonton & udon w/ spicy sauce is fine, the spicy sauce is just chili oil so it was a bit bland, you'll need to add some soy sauce or black vinegar to it. The wontons had good portions of filling. Price $$ - Price is fair for the portions that were served. Service 3/5 - Service is average, we needed to flag down a server to refill our drinks. Came here during a lunch break to try them out. Overall my group and I had a decent experience. Only thing was that they weren't attentive, even when there wasn't a lot of customers. The waitresses were faced away from us while we waited for them to turn around so we can order. Eventually, the service picked up and they were very helpful. For a Chinese restaurant in Chino, I wasn't expecting much, but the food turned out delicious. The food tasted authentic, we enjoyed our meal. I ordered the Wonton and Udon with Spicy Sauce. There wasn't much flavor, but once I added the soy sauce and vinegar , it tastes really good with the spicy sauce (chili oil). We received a little gift at the end of the meal. There was only one and I got to keep it. Really cute. Will definitely come back again and refer them to our company to purse from in the future for our appreciation lunches. read more

Happy to see this place finally opened. We need more sit down Chinese in the area and this is a great addition. The spot has been completely transformed from the old Brandon Jr.'s restaurant and given a heavy Chinese aesthetic. They've got nice private booths along the perimeter and an open dumpling line where you can see the little morsels being made. We ordered ton of dumplings, the truffle XLB, hot chili wontons, and some dim sum. Everything came out quick and hot. Dumplings were nice and fat and the thick skin variety, which I like. Even the wrap on the XLB seemed heartier than other places, which means they're less prone to ripping. The chicken and corn was bit bad. Texture of the meat was a tad loose but the corn came through well. Pork and shrimp were well flavored with good shrimp flavor. Rainbow veggie dumplings were clean and refreshing. Definitely holds up to the meat counterparts. Truffle XLB was very juicy, though I wasn't getting as much truffle as I'd hoped. Still, flavor was good. Not gamey. Pork ribs were clean. Didn't have the usual black bean you find in most other spots so it's a lighter dish more focused on the pork flavor itself. Another standout would be the garlic shrimp spring roll. Very flavorful, very crispy. Definitely order a dish of these. Service was super quick and attentive. 10/10. They give you water carafes, sauce on the table, and the overall ambiance is very modern Chinese and clean. Overall very happy with the experience. read more

Most of their food was great. They had the second best pork xiao long bao that I've tried. It was very soupy. The interior was clean and very nice, with a decent amount of seating. Service was swift and the servers were polite. The good: pork soup dumplings were very good while hot, a bit less so once they got cold. The beef and broccoli was really good as were the garlic shrimp spring rolls. The prices were fantastic. The not-so-good: I didn't love the chili sauce. It was a bit dark and kind of charred tasting for me. The pork buns were good but the buns were a little dry. The shrimp and mushroom shumai were not something I liked. They tasted weird and were fairly chewy, and a bit fishy tasting. I could see someone else liking them but I wasn't a fan. Overall the prices were great and the soup dumplings were really good. I'm not sure if I'll get seafood there again, but I'll definitely be back for other things. read more
Just when I thought I'd have to drive to SGV for legit XLB again... One More Bite in Chino shows up and completely resets the bar for the IE! This place opened literally a week ago and it's already my new obsession. The Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao are insane - thin, elastic wrapper, tons of soup, and that sweet crab flavor shines through without overpowering the pork. The Black Truffle & Pork version? Next-level luxury. You smell the truffle the second the lid comes off, and the filling is ridiculously rich. Also demolished: - Vegetable steamed wontons in chili oil (perfect spice level) - Taro & sweet potato balls - crispy, gooey, gone in 60 seconds - Shanghai veggie buns that leak juice everywhere in the best way - Shrimp fried rice that has actual wok hei and plump, bouncy shrimp Everything came out lightning fast and piping hot. Service was super friendly even though they're clearly slammed. Prices are more than fair for the quality. Run, don't walk. Chino finally has a heavyweight dumpling contender. The service and ambiance were great but the food was horrible. We ordered the popcorn chicken which had no flavor. The steamed xiao long bao were all broken and stuck to the bottom of the container, there were no broth inside. The pan fried bao also had no flavor. Wont come back. read more

I was a little sketched out because of the location but the inside is cuter than expected. The food is good and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The staff seemed unprepared for large groups but they did their best. They do have tiny tables so it made it difficult to eat properly because their tables couldn't handle the amount of food we ordered for a party of 8. Hopefully it doesn't get too busy here but we will def be back. read more
I've been to One More Bite Dumpling House a few times during my lunch breaks, and it's quickly become one of my go-to spots in the area... They have a really solid variety of options on the menu.. So far I've tried several of their dumplings, wontons, udon noodles, and a few of their drinks, and everything has been fresh and flavorful... One of the coolest parts of dining here is that they have a glass window where you can actually watch the staff making the dumplings from scratch... Seeing them prep the ingredients and fold the dumplings while you're eating adds a nice authentic touch. They also have a drink station where they prepare their boba teas and iced teas.. I've tried a few different teas and they've all been really refreshing.. I like that you can customize the sweetness level and adjust the ice to your preference, which is always a plus... The staff has always been friendly and welcoming whenever I visit, and the restaurant itself is very cute and well kept. It's clean, comfortable, and perfect for a casual meal.. Overall, it's a great place for a quick lunch if you're nearby, and it could even work for a casual dumpling date night... I feel like a lot of people don't realize this spot exists because it's tucked away in an industrial area, but it's definitely worth checking out if you're in Chino.. I am in love with this place. If you like dumplings and good wonton soup this is the place to go. The inside is very nice with lots of space. I really enjoyed the food and want to come back as soon as possible. A new gem in chino. Staff was very nice as well. So good! Yum! read more

Upon arriving at the location, there was ample parking in the plaza where the restaurant is located. We parked, hopped out, and entered the restaurant. The ambiance was nice and friendly, with aesthetically pleasing decorative touches, including fountains, plants, and warm lighting. We were greeted and invited to sit wherever space was available. They brought us menus, water, and utensils for sharing and eating. To start, we ordered the cucumber salad and vegetable spring rolls. For sharing, we got the Shanghai pan-fried dumplings, the chicken & corn wontons with spicy sauce, and the beef & broccoli. My favorite dish was the wontons--they were so savory and perfectly made! The veggie rolls were also great, but extremely hot, so we had to wait a while for them to cool. The dumplings were juicy and flavorful. The food was incredible overall (minus the beef and broccoli--the meat was a little chewy), but the service was lacking despite it not being too busy. We had to call out to the servers several times for additional items like boba, for boxes, and for the check, and we were rarely checked on during the meal. That said, I'd still come back. My 1st time trying One More Bite since its literally in my neighborhood. Arrived just when they opened. We got seated fairly quickly and the service was fast. We ordered several family favorite options like the Xiao long bao, shumai, pork buns, and fried sesame balls. Everything we ordered was very flavorful and super tasty. They do have vegetarian options as well. The interior was well designed and completely revamped from what was once here. Good decor and lighting makes this dining experience pleasurable. Definitely a destination eatery.. Will come back for more.. read more
Decided to try this place in our neighborhood and we ordered the cucumber salad, spicy wontons, XLB, shrimp fried rice, pan fried dumplings, red bean buns, and my favorite custard buns. It tasted a bit different from DTF, more spicier in my opinion. We also ordered the matcha jasmine tea with cheese foam which was kind of grainy but still good.
