The service and ambiance were great but the food was horrible. We ordered the popcorn chicken which had no flavor. The steamed xiao long bao were all broken and stuck to the bottom of the container, there were no broth inside. The pan fried bao also had no flavor. Wont come back.

The food is decent and I would recommend it if you have a craving and don't want to venture all the way to Din Tai Fung. Prices are competitive. Parking is pretty easy Food/Drink- 4 stars- everything was really solid and no complaints We ordered the shiu mai, cucumber salad, xiao long bao, pan fried noodles, scallion pancakes, and pork chop fried rice. The flavors were good, but the meat was on the leaner side, and you can see that you get what you paid for. It's good, but not excellent Service- 4 stars They are a bit understaffed, so you do have to fetch for service at times Bottom Line Large menu and flavors were good. Good for a craving and if you don't want to drive far

One More Bite Dumpling in Chino was fantastic. The staff, quality of food, and affordable prices were all terrific. Upon entering around 5pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was full. They have several tables in the center and a handful of tastefully decorated booths around one of the sides. We tried several items including the cucumber salad, pork dumplings, pork chop fried rice, and noodles. We enjoyed each item; especially the pork chop fried rice. The dumplings were very good, which I would compare to a very well-known and pricy place you might know. We also tried a couple of boba drinks. Regarding the service, it was excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, would go there just for the experience. The steamed dumplings are juicy and delicious. The pan fried dumplings were the kids favorite. The fried pork chop rice were cooked just right. I didn't like the pan fried buns. Would recommend to check it out. You will be surprised by the interior design.

We found out that this was located so close to us and figured it was finally worth a try. Lots of parking available and we went in around 630 on a thursday night and were seated right away. It does get busy so if its a popular time, there may be a wait. The inside is larger than it looks with cute decor. My husband and I went with my cousins. Between all of us, we were able to sample a decent number of items. If you're a vegetarian like me, there are definitely several veg friendly options. The scallion pancake is delicious, light and flaky. The cucumber salad was flavorful. The veg spicy wontons were delicious and had a kick to them. The veg fried udon with carrots and broccoli were also flavorful. Everyone else tried the pork and shrimp spicy wontons, chicken dumplings, pork fried rice, and cantonese pork buns, pork XLB and enjoyed the items. The fried rice, xiao long bao, and spicy wontons were the faves. Clearly enjoyed all the items and forgot to take more pictures. For dessert, we got the taro buns, coconut cream buns and egg buns. The taro was our favorite and none of the desserts were overtly sweet. The coconut cream and egg buns were good. However, will probably pass on the dessert in the future, prefer their savory dishes. Definitely solid options and we'll be back to try more!

Locates in a big plaza with plenty of parking. Tables maybe full during lunch and dinner time, but service was fast. - Fried Pork Chop Fried Rice: 4.8/5. Amazing flavor, pork chop is tender, not dry at all, pairs really well with egg fried rice. For fried rice, we tried two times, the first time it was so good, each grain of rice is separated, well-seasoned. Otherwise, the 2nd time it had quite several lumps, which why i cannot give 5/5. - Pork xiaolongbao: 5/5. Juicy, filling is well-seasoned, the wrap is in perfect thickness. recommended! - Cold seasoned cucumber: 3/5. All i can taste was vinegar and soy sauce, not our favorite. Store is thoughtfully decorated, has the touch of ancient architecture & many fengshui decorations, which I find pretty!

New dumpling place in chino. Was packed at 5pm as people are trying it for the first time. Got the two dishes in the picture and steamed pork dumplings. The dumplings were lacking in flavor majorly. The sauce it came with didn't help much. They were home made but definitely needed more salt. The dough was a lot thicker than usual too. The udon was just ok the noodle texture was good but a bit too salty. Glad I tried but won't be back. Much prefer bafang for dumplings or even Thumbling in West Covina. Rowland also has much better selection. At least the price wasn't bad and fair

I was a little sketched out because of the location but the inside is cuter than expected. The food is good and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The staff seemed unprepared for large groups but they did their best. They do have tiny tables so it made it difficult to eat properly because their tables couldn't handle the amount of food we ordered for a party of 8. Hopefully it doesn't get too busy here but we will def be back.

So close to home, we literally walk there! We ordered so many things and everything we got were all so good that I forgot to take pictures! The fried pork chop was a hit. We got shrimp siumai and shrimp and pork dumplings - both were my favorites. We also got udon soup with dumplings, edamame, the sesame balls. So glad we finally have a place like this we can always go to. We used to drive to Din Tai Fung and now I think this is our new go-to place! Servers are so helpful and sweet! The restaurant is pretty inside and very clean.

Really wanted to give this place a perfect score since it's been highly anticipated, but just a few things held it back. This lands closer to a 3.5-star experience for me, rounded up to 4. First off, 10/10 ambience. The interior is immaculate. You'd never expect a spot this elevated sitting next to an Arco and a Wienerschnitzel. Standout dishes for sure: the Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao (10/10) and Egg Custard Buns (10/10). Absolute fuego. Now a couple notes for improvement: Firstly, flavor for everything else we ordered was more on the bland side. I'm not one for over-the-top flavors and I typically prefer my meals a bit more bland, so this is saying a lot. We especially wanted to love the black truffle fried rice, but it fell a little flat for something that should feel more elevated. Not bad by any means, just average. Lastly, a small but noticeable thing: the men's restroom urinal looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, which was surprising given the restaurant seems fairly new. Overall, a beautiful space with some truly great dishes. With a bit more consistency on flavor and attention to detail, this could easily be a 5-star spot.

One More Bite Dumplings isn't even open in the Coachella Valley yet--but we wanted the first word. So we drove two hours to their Chino location to see if it's actually worth the hype before they open in Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Short answer: yeah... it is. We went all in--basically a 15-course deep dive--and here's what stood out: The Cantonese BBQ pork buns were an easy win--soft, fluffy, and filled with that classic sweet-savory barbecue pork. 10/10 The pork xiao long bao delivered exactly what you want--delicate dumplings packed with rich, hot broth. Go slow, or you'll burn your mouth. The Shanghai pan-fried buns had that crispy bottom with a juicy interior--great texture contrast. The beef fried udon with black pepper sauce brought something heartier--thick noodles, bold flavor, and a peppery kick that lingers. The black truffle combination fried rice was surprisingly good--loaded with chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp, with that earthy truffle note running through it. For wontons, we tried the roe mushroom shrimp and pork shumai (our least favorite of the day) and the chicken and corn version with spicy sauce (9/10). On the sweet side, the fried sesame balls were crispy on the outside, chewy inside, with just the right amount of sweetness. The coconut cream balls were another favorite--warm, chewy, and lightly sweet with great texture. The taro and sweet potato balls were solid, but if you're choosing, go coconut. And then the standout sweet: the black golden egg custard buns. These look incredible, but more importantly, that warm, creamy custard center is ridiculously good. We also tried the fried sticky rice dumplings with pork--super filling, dense, and savory--and the egg custard buns in their classic form, but honestly, the black golden version is the one to get. If this is the menu they're bringing to Palm Springs and Palm Desert, they're going to do very well out here. We'll be back when they open locally--but for now, consider the hype... confirmed.

I grew up eating Hong Kong style dim sum so I am very picky with my dim sum. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who sat us at a table. There are about 10 tables inside to sit and eat there. You can also order for pickup. The restroom and restaurant is kept very clean. You order by scanning the QR code. They do have a good selection to choose from. We got the usual items like shumai (pork dumplings), har gar (shrimp dumplings), pork spareribs, chicken sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, bbq pork buns, egg tarts, and I had to try the beef stew rice noodle soup. The server was very attentive to us while she took care of 4 other tables on her own. You do have to pay at store and not on the app when you're ready to checkout. The food came out fast and it tasted fresh. Portion size of the items are great. The bbq pork bun dough was a bit mushy to me. I like when the bun is fluffy and soft. The egg tart was perfect and not overcooked. The shumai and har gar was delicious and huge. The chicken sticky rice was very yummy . The spareribs were a bit fatty but had great flavor. The beef stew rice noodle soup was not my favorite. The beef stew was tender but it lacked flavor and the soup needed more flavor. Overall, we are happy we found a dim sum place that isn't too far from home and we don't have to drive down to OC or LA to eat. We will definitely come back if we have cravings for dim sum.

I wish there was a better way of seeing that list because I really had no clue and waited in line for nothing. The wait time honestly needs better attention. We probably waited around 20-25 minutes. It was very busy that day, and I'm not sure if it's because it's the weekend and/or due to Chinese New Year. Staff members are shuffling back and forth and are quite rude to be honest. I get that they are stressed running around, but still.... Anyways, we ordered the following via online (scan the QR Code on the table, that is probably better since they are too busy to take your order): - 1 shrimp siu mai (4 pieces) = $5.99 - 1 shrimp dumplings (we got 4 pieces instead of 3 per menu): $5.99 - 1 steamed BBQ pork buns (3 pieces) = $5.99 - 2 sticky rice wrapped with lotus leaf (4 total) = $13.98 - 1 yang chow fried rice = $15.99 - 1 seafood with pan fried crispy noodle = $17.99 SUBTOTAL = $65.93 TAX = $5.11 TOTAL = $71.04 ** Place $10 tip via cash ** We received our yang chow fried rice and crispy noodle timely, however it took a REALLY LONG TIME for us to receive the rest of the orders (the dim sum aka yum cha order); I had to ask the front how long the wait will be, otherwise we will cancel - the lady ended up checking and we got some of our orders. If I didn't ask, the wait time would be wayyyyy longer. Overall, we all enjoyed the food. Very authentic (Hong Kong Style). Management needs to improve and the wait time. I know because I cooked this dish at home myself before, and I could tell that they reduced it for far far far too long and the sauce was right on the edge of burnt, and was thick/molasses like, and a bit bitter when it should have been sweet/umami. Definitely left stuffed. The meals also include drinks, so we got the hot milk tea and honey lemon tea. The HK style milk tea was amazing. It's definitely stronger than regular milk tea, and there's a container of what I think is condensed milk that is an absolute must add to it. It gives the tea just the right amount of sweetness and makes it ridiculously good. I think the caffeine content is much stronger as well, I was wired after 3 cups of the milk tea so be careful when asking for refills! We finished with an order of pineapple buns. Soft sticky rice with flavorful braised pork -- super comforting and delicious. * Fried Bread (4/5): Crispy outside and soft inside, very similar to what we've had in Vietnam, China, and Taiwan. Slightly on the dry side, but it would be perfect dipped in soy milk or paired with porridge. We'll definitely be coming back!

They have pastries, other Taiwanese breakfast items, soy milk, and frozen items here. I got the salty purple rice rolls and it was pretty big. Came with crispy Chinese donut in the middle with some pork floss. Good item for some carbs. Option to add protein in it. Egg or beef. Soymilk was ok. Got sweetened hot soy milk but they didn't mix it leaving it sweet on the bottom. Looks like they have daily deals for select items depending on the day of the week. Was hoping for a quick and easy pick up but took longer than expected for rice rolls early morning.

Their business hours are 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on weekdays, and they stay open until 4:00 p.m. on weekends. We ordered the Har Gow, Shiu Mai, Steamed Chicken Feet, Sesame Balls, and the Steamed Sausage & Sticky Bun. Everything was authentic, freshly prepared, and delicious. The Har Gow and Shiu Mai were notably large and high quality. My personal favorite is the Steam Sausage & Sticky Bun. It's a traditional Hong Kong dish that is becoming rare even in HK, so finding it here was a treat. This place is a true hidden gem in West Covina. The pricing starts from $5.88, and most dishes are about $5.93, and a few dishes are $6-8. They now have a Mother's Day promotion from May 1-12: Buy one, get one free on Xiao Long Bao (Shanghai or Crab Meat). P.S. You can also order it online via their website. https://www.shenghuidimsum.com/
