I paid for a tub reglaze. The rust spot that was my whole reason for the reglaze is back, and the caulk job was so bad I'm going to have to re-caulk it myself. So basically I paid money to do work myself. I called them a couple times to complain, and they said they'd contact me for a touch up but it's been weeks and no return call. read more

I have a duplex that I cherish, as a happy tenant gives me peace of mind. Whatever I do to my own floor, I do to the above floor and noticed some attention was needed to upgrade the upstairs tub. it's a wonderful old cast iron tub and I wanted to keep it. I spoke to Paul about reglazing it and now that the job is complete, it looks AMAZING. ( In fact, Paul was so nice on the phone when I first reached out, that I looked for no other resource. ) One Day Bath even exceeded my expectations when they addressed a small issue that had been neglected. Initial phone call with Paul was the highlight of this whole "experience" that actually never happened! Had an appointment for a tub reglazing for yesterday, Jan 11, 2019. Made appointment 2-3 weeks ago, was instructed that the technician would arrive between 9-10 a.m. and that deglaze would take approx. 3-4 hours. Took the day off of work yesterday and then received a call at 10 a.m. saying the tech had car trouble and they would need to cancel/reschedule appt. Lost a day of work! They offered to r/s to today, Saturday 1/12/19, would arrive between 9-10 a.m. after a NO SHOW without the courtesy of even a phone call and me making two phone calls, leaving two voice mails and NO RESPONSE, I'm assuming no one here is even interested in my business. Would give 0 stars, but yelp doesn't allow that. Would not recommend. Unreliable for appointments and no follow up on now shows is unacceptable. Worst part is now I still have to shower in this icky tub! read more

So happy with my experience with One Day Bath Inc. I called to make an appointment about a week ago and was able to schedule time to get my tub reglazed with ease. I spoke to Paul, who I think is the owner. He spoke to me honestly and told me the plusses and minuses to installing a liner vs a reglaze. He also made me feel very confident, explaining their procedure, future care, and warranty. The contractor showed up RIGHT ON TIME, if not early, which is usually unheard of. Rick, they guy that did the work was friendly and professional. He started working right around 10:30am and finished the job around 2pm. He explained how to care for the tub and what he did to fix the problems I was having with the previous tub reglaze (done by another company who is now out of business). I'm extremely pleased with the process and how the work was completed. I think Paul and Rick both did great jobs with confidence. I'm happy that they reassured me if anything went wrong, all I have to do is call and they will do all they can to help me. Will definitely keep in contact and work with them in the future as long as I own my apartment. OH, and i'm not sure what location they worked out of, but I live in West New York, NJ- so I believe that they service the tri-state area. read more

If you are in need of a bathroom remodel I would suggest you don't work with One Day Bath. They do not take care of their customers and their product is not as good as they advertise. One Day Bath took two visits and three appointments to complete the job, they blow off one of the visits with no call to reschedule I had to do that. Now after only 8 months my tub is peeling and chipping and this is the spare bathroom with low use. I spoke to them on the phone and scheduled a visit, even confirmed with them the day of, and they blow that off. I called One Day Bath at the end of the day for an update and explanation and they have not returned my calls for two weeks. This is not the way a business should treat their customers and I absolutely would NOT recommend hiring One Day Bath to anyone ever. I would give them 0 stars but that's not allowed. I for one had a very different experience with this company. I am really happy that I chose them for my bathroom: because it looks absolutely beautiful. I moved into an older apartment where the bathroom was completely outdated and rusted out. The technician was able to completely renovate it from the tub to the walls and tiles. P.s. Almost a year down the road I have a pearly white tub-no runs or missing paint spots with a granite wall liner. I was unsure about the care instructions after the work had been done so I had called the company after it was completed and the utmost respect and courtesy was shown.
