On this visit, not only was the provider kind, like the button on her uniform displayed, but she listened to me when I told her that my doctor had requested that the vials or tubes to be filled should be done in two parts on different days if I wasn't feeling well. She did exactly that and set up notes in the system for the completion when I return. In addition, although she didn't utilize the butterfly needle, she found the vein and completed the task on first try (hallelujah; amen). I didn't take photos because they had a sign that advised against it, but these labs all look pretty much the same. It was an overall positive experience and although no one ever looks forward to returning, I am at ease with coming back.

Through the recommendation of my doctor I was tested through Immuno Labs for possible food sensitivities. My test results showed that I was sensitive to 93 of the 154 foods for which I was tested. This was a total shock to me, and required a completely new way of eating for me. The only way I have been able to adhere to this new philosophy of food is through the great support I have been receiving from Kinsey Van Druten, Holistic Health Practitioner with Immuno Labs. She has sent me numerous recipes, answers my many questions, and continues to encourage me along the way. She has suggested books, blogs, and websites that relate to my issues, which have been extremely helpful. I have never had such excellent customer service from anyone anywhere before Kinsey. My two sons under 4 both had labs to be drawn my oldest is a drama queen crying the all nine yards. The staff was wonderful. One lady held him while I held my other son getting his labs drawn. The showered them with stickers and love ;) It was a great experience for what it was! Update: I went for labs myself the tech was so rude and no personality whatsoever. Sharkira was the lovely receptionist who couldn't have been nicer! She and I engaged in fun conversation and while I was sitting awaiting my turn after a very short wait, she called me to say that there was an issue finding one of the tests I needed and about 5 minuets later, I was called in. Ty, the phlebotomist was also wonderful! A true professional and a gentleman. Always remember, it pays to be nice to others as kindness is contagious and who wants to help someone coming to them in any type of business confrontational and nasty? If you do, don't expect niceness back and don't complain!
