I needed to have blood work before an upcoming procedure and I was going to use a different location but I waited until the last minute and was only able to get an appointment here. This location is located in the Northridge shopping plaza on the corner of Commercial Blvd and Dixie Hwy. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the plaza along with a Publix if you need a drink or food after your appointment. The morning of my appointment I received the link to check in when I arrived. It wasn't even 5 minutes after checking in that I was taken back. I had my blood drawn on one take even though I have notoriously hard to find veins and there was only a very small bruise. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and I was on my way. For the best possible experience bring your lab orders from your doctor and book your appointment ahead of time to avoid long wait times at the centers. I had a good experience here and would use them again.

My doctor does not draw blood in the office, and at this point I have been to multiple Quest locations all over Broward County. The Margate Quest was a little harder to find than the other locations I have visited. It is a very small office located in a medical office building next to Northwest Hospital. The morning of my appointment, I received a link to check in when I arrived, but the link didn't work. I kept trying it over and over, and it still wouldn't work. I went inside to check in, but it was very busy and only one of the kiosks was working. By the time I was able to check in, the screen informed me that I was 10 minutes past my appointment time and had to make a new appointment. This was so frustrating. The next appointment time was not for another hour. I finally got everything straightened out, but I wasted a lot of time, and there was no one I could speak to at Quest since employees only came out sporadically to take people back. I tried calling Quest, but the wait time to speak to someone was 20 minutes, and the call kept dropping. I was finally taken back, and my phlebotomist was Maria. She was very gentle and made the rest of my experience the best it could be. I usually bruise, and there wasn't even a mark this time. I would use this location again, but I would arrive earlier for my appointment in case there is a problem checking in.

Tried for days to reach a human at Quest...impossible. Every recording tells you to go online. My doctor finally called for me and found out they lost my bloodwork and it would need to be done again No guarantee that if I rescheduled I would get results in time to keep my MRI appt at a hospital. which by now was less than 24 hours away. I chose to use a different lab. The new lab got me in same morning with only a 5 min wait and my results will be available before morning. I was previously a happy Quest customer so it's sad that the lack of customer care & communications forced me to leave Quest forever.

I developed two products for my beauty line and after launching them and having…read moremanufactured two batches for them, Kiralabs suddenly stopped answering my calls, never returned them and after several weeks of trying to order more and launching more products, they simply told me that "we will no longer be manufacturing for other companies" which I think is BS because they are still advertising private labeling in their website. They cost me a fortune due to not having anymore product to sell, my Amazon listings got closed due to lack of inventory and now I am trying to find some other lab that can reproduce my products but I am forced to start the whole process again because Kiralabs wouldn't honor their agreement with me. Stay away from this company!
