So that's nice. I will say one downside if you're a newcomer is they do not answer the phones. If you have questions your best bet is to just go in because the phones never get answered and I doubt they return phone calls. But, it has been years since I've called so who knows? It feels as though candidates are being kept as a backup plan instead of being treated with the respect they deserve. A simple update, even a rejection, would have been far more professional than leaving someone waiting for over a month. Please be more considerate and communicate your decisions in a timely manner
