For the second one, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with terrible service just to confirm the MRI type. Upon arrival, the front desk initially verified it was the correct scan. However, the technician later contradicted this, claiming it wasn't, and the front desk then agreed, stating the requested scan didn't even exist. It was a complete waste of my time. The service was disgusting, and the owner should be embarrassed by how poorly this place is run. Terrible care of patients. The front desk and manager should be fired and the service tech.

Dr. Gilbert is refreshingly down to earth, exquisitely knowledgeable and attentive to every history detail and symptom. I am very impressed by his listening and diagnostic skills. He immediately jumped to action, ordering diagnostic tests and placing a miniature EKG monitor for me to wear for two weeks because of my history of heart palpitations, and drawing blood and urine right in the office. I had the ENDOVENOUS LASER TREATMENT( EVLA) on both legs - one at the time. On my first visit they did a detailed ultrasound and Dr Gropper patiently explained the treatment to me. The procedure was simple and I was able to return to my normal activities the next day. I am still doing some follow up and every time that I return I feel delighted. I went to have blood drawn 2 days ago and she screwed up putting the needle in my vein so bad I am still in pain and arm is still swollen and badly bruised. This is the second time out of 4 blood draws over the past two years that this happened when she drew blood. Once putting the needle in and one pulling the needle out. Never had this happen to me before anywhere else. And my veins are large and very easy to place a needle in. Sorry to say but this employee should not be working in this job.
