A patient with pneumonia in both lungs and who has trouble breathing and who is getting no relief from a breathing machine at home should not be made to feel guilty by his PCP. in my opinion, it's egregious bedside manner and if my wife and I had been at the hospital this morning, we would have asked the doctor to leave the room because he was upsetting our dear friend.

The staff who run the office are rude and you never get the same person every visit and they never know your history, of which you are expected to explain to them in under 5 minutes for $45.
