My friend, who is also a physician, replied negatively and basically he was told that he was wrong in coming back to the ER even though he was unable to breathe and his oxygen level had dropped significantly. A patient with pneumonia in both lungs and who has trouble breathing and who is getting no relief from a breathing machine at home should not be made to feel guilty by his PCP. in my opinion, it's egregious bedside manner and if my wife and I had been at the hospital this morning, we would have asked the doctor to leave the room because he was upsetting our dear friend.

Parking was a breeze in the free rear lot with two handicap spaces in front of the entrance for easy access. This center offers the use of wheelchairs for easy mobility into the center. The front counter women was very helpful. The four page health application was simple and intake was after only a few minutes wait. The new doctor was nice and patient with my family. The MyChart app is another great addition--it's made communication with Dr. Manzi and his nurse so easy and timely, whether it's for questions or prescription refills. In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.
