Received an email stating that I have access to a free 1 day guest pass after recently paying for a…read moreday pass at this location. However, once I get there, they tell me that their location "doesn't do guest passes" and that they have been trying to get their locations customers removed from those emails. However, I drove 20 minutes there with the impression that I wouldn't have to pay for the day, since that's exactly what the company's email told me. They weren't able to offer any sort of assistance/ discounts when I respectfully explained my frustration with the situation. They were not rude, but definitely not accommodating or running at the professional level that their location should. Also, $25 for a day pass at this location seems a bit far fetched. The facilities are pretty good though! I was considering getting a summer pass, however, that interaction sort of left a bad taste in my mouth.

The variety of classes, from yoga, to barre movement (my absolute favorite, so challenging but the sculpting is incredible) pilates, and cycling...there's something for everyone. Generally found the teacher very competent and knowledgeable.The studio itself is nice (I was in the Aqua Room I believe).And they have a complete schedule so if you're looking for that sweaty flow class I'm sure you'll find it...
