Wow - so for the Barre class this is a waste of money. Maybe the other classes are better but whomever is teaching the Barre class doesn't come close to any of the other locations I've done this in. Maybe it was just an off day but it was bad enough I won't be back to try it again. Sorry I hate posting bad reviews but this one made me feel like my money was very poorly spent. Pyour Core is fabulous. Hours are great, classes are fun and exciting yet you get a workout that will tone you up! They have State of the art equipment along with knowledgeable amazing and certified staff. Whatever your goal or fitness level, Pyour Core will assess your needs and work with you to ensure success. There is also a nutritionist available to help you attain your goal from the inside. I've tried many gyms and diets nothing has worked until I found Pyour Core. Total Disappointment! I called numerous times before traveling to LBI to make sure I would sign up for the correct workout. I wanted Pilates Reformer. I was told no less than three times to sign up for Wednesday Pilates Equipment, $40.00 session. What did I get? A $40.00 mat stretching class with the ball and ring. I was told by another client that the reformers are only for privates and was told by an employee, AFTER my session that the privates book up almost a year in advance for regulars. WASTE of time and $40.00. read more

Horrible customer service. I went to book in person, and asked for two spots to be booked. Only one was booked on my behalf, so when I showed up the next day with my partner (who they were unable to fit in the class), I kindly asked for a refund. I understand it is not their policy, but given the circumstances (a mistake THEY made), I believed they would override policy and refund me for the class credit or my credit card, as I did not want to take the class alone. The front desk woman mistakenly told me this would be possible, so I left. However, they are now not only refusing to refund me for the class, they are refusing to even give me a credit! I would've taken the class alone had I known this would be the outcome, rather than watch $22 dollars go down the drain. Now their front desk team has made a mistake not once, but twice, and I am the one who pays for it? I would avoid this place at all costs - they clearly do not care about the customer, only the bottom line. I believe in following a policy, but they should be waived when it is the staff's mistake or miscommunication. read more

I've tried a few places and Pyour Core is hands down the best Pilates and fitness studio in LBI! All of the instructors are motivating, nice and very helpful. The gym is also very clean which is definitely a plus when working out. They also have so many different services so anyone will find something that they will enjoy including a clean up and reboot program. Amazing! read more

I'm not sure if I went to the same place everyone else is raving about but this place was less than thrilling. I took a "barre" class here and it was terrible. First off , this was unlike any actual barre class I've taken, it was more like a generic aerobics class with the use of a resistance band here and there. The instructor had no idea what she was doing and was hard to follow. There was no emphasis on alignment or positioning , so everyone was confused ... and all in all it was boring and not nearly worth the $25 it cost. I'm really disappointed in the whole structure. I will not be back nor would I recommend this place while on the Island. read more

Best fitness studio I have ever been to. Every class is great. They offer a great variety of group classes such as spin, barre, mat, halo, fit, Ariel yoga, yoga plus. All the trainers are amazing and certified in what they do. They always offer modifications for people if they want to take it a step easier or even modifications for people who want to make it a bit harder. I can't see myself going to any other studio in the area. I can't wait to go back! read more

I took two classes here so fa and I will definitely be back. The instructors are all so nice and want you to succeed in the classes. The studio is beautiful and has so much equipment that you utilize in their interesting and effective classes. I highly recommend. read more

Amazing staff fun place to workout. Love the atmosphere

The classes are Pyour Core are great. Unfortunately, the customer service is awful. I showed up at 8:02 for an 8:00 aerial yoga class and they absolutely would not let me in. Apparently they have a "very strict" policy about not letting anyone in past 8:00, however this is not stated anywhere online. I asked if they could let me in another class or give me a refund since this policy was not clearly stated, but they offered nothing. The front desk girls are friendly but unfortunately they have to enforce the policies of the owner and teacher. It is extremely frustrating to try really hard to leave the house with children at home, finally get out the door, ready to workout, only to be turned away and start my day with horrible customer service. If they are going to be this uptight about their policy, it should be clear in the class description so that people know this when they sign up. read more

What a great experience! The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how beautiful and clean the studio is. I have to say that I was not overly excited about the idea of working out while on vacation, but I loved taking classes at Pyour Core. We loved Liz (Elizabeth on the schedule) and her Ryde/Barre combination class. She was able to push and challenge us while still making the class really fun! While we only took this one type of class, the schedule offers tons of variations so you will never be bored. I would definitely recommend Pyour Core for your vacation workout! read more

I'm only in town on a vacation, and finding Pyour Core was a definite plus. Clean facility, great instructors, a challenging workout AND sweet dogs to say hello as you walk in (well behaved, unobtrusive and sweet as pie)....SIGN ME UP! Lovely spot. read more
