Space was immaculately clean, modern/sleek look. Lori has 6 Reformer boards so the class even when fullI imagine is still personal. Intro class was a half hour to get one used to the feel of the board, as well as using it without damaging yourself or the equipment. It was surprisingly different and FUN. TOUGH, YES absolutely but it also didn't feel like I was there for 30 minutes. I'm anticipating tomorrow hating myself for it, but not before I committed to a 6 week package to make sure it is right for me. DEFINITELY low impact but a very good/challenging workout too!!!!!

She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and schedule. Prompt response even late at night to walk me through the system to book my next session. Friendly ladies in the small class and very clean facility. Can't say enough ... so glad I found her. Oh and parking in back! I don't usually enjoy working out but the time flies. I was just sore enough in a good way.

Using the reformer, I have really improved my flexibility in my hips--something I had struggled with before. I love that each class is different, and I never feel overwhelmed or a few steps behind like I usually do in group fitness classes. She pays very close attention to your form and gives outstanding instruction. Melissa spent time with me on the phone and explained their classes as I've had some prior medical issues. Not only were they friendly, professional, and energetic, they ensure each student is doing the right movement and using the right muscle.
