Wonderful instructors who are creative with the workouts, fully engaged with the participants and work us all really hard but in a great way. They really know their stuff. Customer service is friendly, low-key and responsive. And loads of parking and a place for coffee nearby. I'm only sorry that I'm not around more regularly to take advantage of additional classes and events, which sound fun.

She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and schedule. Prompt response even late at night to walk me through the system to book my next session. Friendly ladies in the small class and very clean facility. Can't say enough ... so glad I found her. Oh and parking in back! I don't usually enjoy working out but the time flies. I'd rather save money on a membership than pay for all kinds of extras that I don't use anyway. Aside from the affordable memberships, another HUGE plus for me is that they don't lock you in to a contract. You don't have to become disabled or die to get out of going there. You can pay by the day, week, month, 3 month, 6 month, or yearly. The longer your membership, the more you save. The place is clean and well maintained and they have lots of different equipment. Sometimes during peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for an eliptical machine (they seem to be the most popular), but you can just grab a treadmill or a bike till one opens up. If you require saunas, hot tubs, fancy shmancy locker rooms, and lots of spinning, pilates, and other classes, this is not the place for you. If you just want a clean affordable place to work out, then I can think of no better place.

I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Beginners or advance levels can take this class. Thank you!

Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. And I can tell her if something hurts or ask her questions ... or just talk. It is so much fun!
