Wonderful instructors who are creative with the workouts, fully engaged with the participants and work us all really hard but in a great way. They really know their stuff. She pays very close attention to your form and gives outstanding instruction. Melissa spent time with me on the phone and explained their classes as I've had some prior medical issues. She bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and schedule. Prompt response even late at night to walk me through the system to book my next session. Friendly ladies in the small class and very clean facility. Can't say enough ... so glad I found her. Oh and parking in back! I don't usually enjoy working out but the time flies. Not only were they friendly, professional, and energetic, they ensure each student is doing the right movement and using the right muscle.
