I LOVE STAR FITCLUB! I was visiting a friend and needed a gym to get my workout in for the day. I…read morelove to take classes otherwise I never feel like I get a good workout in. I found starfit club and after reading their reviews I decided to give it a try. I was a little intimidated since I've never done a class like this before but I still wanted to at least give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door and I immediately noticed how clean it smelled- the place was spotless (still pretty impressed by it). The gym did a great job with having us clean up after ourselves and the trainer let me know they fully clean in between each class as well. The class itself was unlike any other class I've been to, from stat to finish I definitely got a great workout in. There were clearly people that were regulars and instead of being intimated I was motivated- phew! No one even noticed that I was new until after class when I mentioned it being my first class. My class trainer was Clarissa, she was so welcoming and made sure to help guide me through what I needed to do, without making it noticeable that I was a complete newbie. Thanks Clarissa and Star Fitclub, I can't wait to be back!

A friend referred us to this gym last year and we've been coming ever since. The gym is clean and the instructors are fantastic; motivating for all levels. Star fit is like a "better" version of an Orange Theory - session of weights, cardio (mix up of rowers, assault bikes, and treadmills). They mix up each session very well, so the class always seems to go by really quick! It's def my go to when I'm in NJ!

At the risk of crowding up our classes :), this place is terrific. Wonderful instructors who are creative with the workouts, fully engaged with the participants and work us all really hard but in a great way. They really know their stuff. Customer service is friendly, low-key and responsive. And loads of parking and a place for coffee nearby. I'm only sorry that I'm not around more regularly to take advantage of additional classes and events, which sound fun.

I filled out a request/application to be contacted (provided on the website) and to be honest, my expectations of actually receiving a call or email where not very high. Well, what do you know, the owner herself reached out to me through HER OWN CELL PHONE! She was welcoming and asked about me!!! What I usually get when I reach out to a business is a full verbal display about what they have to offer; in this case, the owner asked about me, my needs, my goals. She HEARD me and asked me questions!! Wow! My jaw was wide opened and I knew right there I could expect nothing but professionalism and dedication. I was kindly invited to a complementary class to check out the gym. I showed up at the place and I was impressed with how intimate and inviting the atmosphere was so I could bring out the best of me. I was greeted by a trainer and while I was waiting for the class to start, the owner made herself availability to meet me at her facility...how about that! The class was perfect for me, and all I can say is if you need a place that can motivate you to become the best version of you, you have to check it out, the owner made it clear that she cares not only in words but also in actions.

Ari, the Owner, is a master at her craft, teaching a variety of classes ranging from Vinyasa Yoga to Sculpting and Mobility. While it isn't super busy during the winter months - I'm positive this place is packed during the summer. When I'm back in town - I'll def get some drop in passes. Be aware that there are limited hours during the winter. By limited - I mean once a day (in-person or virtual), so schedule your work zoom meetings around it if you can. Listen - I'm not a habitual practice of yoga but this studio is so much more than that. I'm absolutely the least in tune and shape here, but I kind of love it that I also don't feel awkward in here/can flow and stop when needed. Think hit plus yoga. But be warn - I would def consider all of their classes relatively challenging even though it's for all levels. I almost brought my life experienced mother-in law a pass for the holidays, this would not have been a good fit for her if you are looking for a slow and senior flow. Go to the JCC for that. Although - this place would totally have a market for that demographic in the summer if they wanted a class like that. But - this ain't your momma's class. Things to note: 1) Everyone is vaccinated and proof of vaccination status is required for all members. I actually 100% came for this and I don't need to wear a mask. 2) Sign up online for $25 per a class but there are usually package or unlimited deals. If you are late - do not use the side door because it's probably locked. The front one usually stays opened. 3) Virtual classes during the live one (1/2 off). Hmmm - I might think about this since I don't live here year round but I do like going to classes feeling the energy from others. 4) always hot .. like 90+ ... bring a towel and water bc there is no way you are not dripping with sweat. 5)whoever posted a picture of the owner at the storming of the capital - that is not Ari and not the owner. To be honest - I hesitated to come here at first but then I realized that was not a legitimate posting. Bottom-line: this ain't your momma's yoga and hit class. Men and women and all genders come, sweat (it's always hot AF), and breathe together.

Turning 21 is FUN!…read more My sweet partner went all out and rented a cabana at the Pool at Harrah's. Honestly we probably could have come early and found lounge chairs but he's bougie. So VIP it is! Can't complain. We had to drink $600 worth of alcohol so if you're not a big group, I don't recommend. And if you are drinkers and think you're going to run up a tab this is the way to go. Cheaper option is a day bed and that too would have been perfect for us. The ambiance is a whole VIBE! Summer vibes 365 days a year! Loved this place! Oh and try a pizza it's HUGE! And delicious! The have a night party that I want to definitely come back and try! Cheers Yelpies!

I cannot recommend this pool if you're not already a guest at the hotel. Based from my experience,…read moreat $30 it is a total ripoff. The pool is advertised to be 80 degrees Fahrenheit year round. We came on a cloudy day in the summer with the outside temperature being about 80 and the pool was freezing. There is no way this pool was heated in any way or it wasn't working that day. It wasn't just my group either, I watched the entire pool of people complaining about the temperature of the pool. The pool and the whole area is a little too small for the amount of people allowed inside. There aren't nearly enough chairs for everyone in the area. The whole thing basically turned into a musical chairs game waiting for people to leave to claim a spot. To make matters worse, their lockers weren't functioning or available during my visit for some reason. The only saving grace is the hot tub, that was actually kind of nice. Their bar also had a good selection of drinks that weren't overpriced. Maybe it was an off day, but I was completely disappointed and cannot recommend this pool at all.
