Worst phone service ever. You are not able to talk to a human being. The unintelligent "ai" sara is useless

Oncor Sucks. 2nd power outage in as many months and they don't care. If at all possible stay away from Oncor or its affiliates.

They've somehow turned the simple act of paying a bill into a financial obstacle course designed to squeeze every penny out of you. Miss your due date by two days? That'll be a $9.95 late fee. Need a friendly reminder? That's a $19.95 "DNP Notice" fee--which, by the way, is just an email that magically arrives the day after your due date (as if you didn't already know you were late). Oh, and if you prefer to pay manually instead of handing over your bank details for autopay? That'll cost you too--because apparently, not using "EZ Pay" is an offense worthy of yet another fee. It's honestly impressive how they've found a way to charge customers for everything except breathing--but give it time, they might figure that out too. Bottom line? Express Energy isn't just bad; they're the one-star, money-grabbing villains of the energy world, and every review site agrees. Texas deserves better.

Even after "crediting" they requested I pay full amount of bill before the credit as to not have a balance forward. Why would there be a balance if you processed the credit? I have never paid a cancellation fee but I gladly did with them. Not worth the headache.

He made his way out to greet, assist, & gave farewells to everyone who passed by. Quite attentive. There were 8 floors. The first floor was fine but no seating area with outlets. 2nd floor was for young adults. Explored floors 3-8. The library itself was nice, as for the space & staff members. As for the cleanliness. I think the library does the best it can to keep it sanitary, as there were always a staff cleaning the restroom. There are quite a few homeless that here during the day, so if you are sensitive to smell I'd recommend going elsewhere. Otherwise everyone there was kind. They provide food care for those who need it which I love! There is security on what it seemed like every floor too. Staff is super helpful. Very few outlets. Not the best study environment. Didn't take a look at their books, etc. Lots of puzzle options on the 3-4 I think.

This library is located right across from Dallas City hall, so it's very centrally located. This library is really big, with 8 floors in all. It's one of the largest libraries in the nation. The staff were incredibly informative and helpful in sharing what was interesting about the library with us. They gave us a self guided tour pamphlet which shows the specialty of each floor. Impressively, they have a Genealogy Research department on the 8th floor, "bringing the past in the present with powerful research tools and digitization services"and a large collection handwoven Navajo blankets on the first floor. The 7th floor displayed Shakespeare's First Folio (1963) in a glass case. "Shakespeare's great plays were rescued from obscurity to be published in the 1623 First Folio" On the same floor, there is the Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776.). You can see one of only 25 surviving copies. "The first time that the name "United States of America" appeared in print". Overall, it was lovely to see a library bringing the community together and being inclusive of all people who visit. They also conveniently have free underground parking. Definitely worth a visit, to see the Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776) and Shakespeare's First Folio 1623 on the 7th floor.
