Do Not use this management company. Yes they are cheaper then most but you get what you pay for. Used this company for 8 months, and the company barely did anything. Tenants were late almost every month and everytime I got an excuse on why they were late. My neightbor called me to tell me the grass was 2 foot tall and when i told her, she made excuses. She even went as far as to tell me I should have had a saving account it's my fault. Also, she didn't do a 6 month inspection and once Tenants moved out due to not paying rent, The house was disgusting and looked liked it never was cleaned. She had the nerve to tell me at least you got to keep the deposit which only covered one month rent not the two they missed. Also she lost my garage door openers and never gave them to the tenants. I complained to her multiple times about the air filters being changed out and she was supposed to schedule them every three months with the tenants and my dad which owns a home improvement company would go change them. I Complained in April 2024 about this again and in May the AC unit leaked out due to a clogged AC line from dirty filters. Part of my ceiling collapsed and I and to pay for the repairs. she sent me a bill saying I needed to pay her for having them cleaned out. Do Not use this company ever! read more
