Needless to say, I was devastated. Had to make a hit and run claim because the neighbor would not admit anything, even though the paint transfer on the door and rust on the ground were 100% from her car. My appraiser recommended Classic, so I called and made an appointment. When I went there on a Wednesday, Tony said to bring it in on Monday so I wasn't wasting my rental while they researched doors and also the weekend passing. I thought that was very considerate of him! Dropped it off on the Monday at about 8:15am, and they set up the rental. Got picked up and had my rental and was at work by 9am. Not bad! I mentioned to Tony that there was a preexisting scratch on the hood and on the bumper that I would like a quote for. He said don't worry, we'll take care of you. The car was ready Thursday afternoon, and I picked it up on Friday. As soon as I saw it, it was like a weight had been lifted. The new door looked and worked perfectly, and the paint was an exact match. You would never know that it was new! Also, I couldn't find the scratch on the hood and bumper! They gave me a great price on the extra work I had them do, and it looks like it just rolled out of the factory. All in all, they took an awful situation and made it into a GREAT experience. Tony and Jimmy take pride in their work and their customers and it shows.
