On Time Plumbing helped me install a trenchless sewer 5 years ago. Fast forward to last week, I had a clog. I called another plumbing company because I forgot I had used On Time previously. The new company said that my pipes had roots in it and required tens of thousands of dollars of work. I called On Time. Even though their warranty only lasted a year, they still came out free of charge and took a look. They patiently showed me with a camera where the roots were and let me know that the city would actually help me deal with the roots for free. I own and professionally manage dozens of properties and my single biggest nightmare is when drains get clogged. Most recently, we had a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking that we needed fixed. Isidoro came out and gave a free inspection and let us know that it would be most cost-effective to replace the faucet. He also looked at some old water filter pipes in the garage that we wanted removed and noticed our garage sink faucet was on it's way out so we decided to replace that, too. We scheduled the job and they were able to complete both sink faucet installations, a utility sink installation complete with caulking, and also removed the old water filter pipes and capped them off...all in one visit. Bought an "all-in-one" ventless washer/dryer as a drop-in kitchen replacement for a dishwasher. I ordered it from Home Depot and paid for installation but their contractor, Temco Logistics, couldn't do it. Had a drainage issue in our bathroom. Water/waste was seeping through the shower and tub drains. Reached out to On Time via Yelp. I chose OT because they are local and had solid reviews. Isidoro responded immediately via Yelp and I called the next day to make an appointment. The best thing about it was that I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day! Isidoro came to the house 'On Time' as advertised! I like On Time because they do not charge a consult fee for coming out like some other companies. He identified the issue and we scheduled the work to be done the following day. Isidoro and his team wore masks, practiced social distancing as best they could and wore booties when inside the house. Since we did not have a clean out drain, Isidoro had to clear the clog by snaking by removing the toilet. Bottom line is he and his team got the job done and he was very thorough explaining the issue. His cost to do the job was less than than half the cost of another estimate I received. I asked Isidro to quote some other plumbing projects and his quote again was half the cost of what I received from another company. I've used On Time Plumbing twice now and they have been great each time. I called today because of a leak in a water pipe leading to our water heater. Cesar was able to come by within a couple of hours and promptly fixed the leak for a reasonable price. After he left, I noticed some problems with the hot water flow and thought maybe there was still some issue with the water heater. I called On Time back after hours, expecting that I would need to leave a voicemail. Instead, someone picked up (sorry didn't get the name) and graciously walked me through the issue via facetime. Turns out I just needed to let the hot water run for a while to get some air out of the system as the water heater had been drained to fix the leak. When you've sprung a leak under your kitchen sink, it's really hard to have a properly functioning household. It's tough when you can't cook and wash normally. In this instance, On Time Plumbing came to the rescue. Calling several plumbers around town, most could only come the following day, one plumber could only come two days later, and no one could make it the same day except for Eddy and his crew. They made it out to my house in about an hour, in fact! Eddy did fantastic work. He worked efficiently to diagnose the problem and replace the problem pipe. There was lots of gunk in the drain, so he cleaned it out as well. Eddy was great at explaining everything, making recommendations, and leaving the place clean. Thumbs up. read more

Had a clog in my kitchen sink. Putting a snake down the drain I put a hole in the p-trap. Took me a while to find someone to come out Saturday but On Time was able to schedule me for 12pm-2pm. They actually arrived ahead of schedule and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the p-trap and to snake out the kitchen line. They were all done in less than 45 minutes. Isidoro and colleague wore masks during the whole time and were very quick and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Isidoro explained that the original p-trap was probably over 20 years old and brittle so when I tried to snake the drain it broke. He also made recommendations to use vinegar and hot water to keep the pipes clear. On Time was very on time, courteous, fast and reasonably priced. OnTime gave a very prompt response and got someone out to me right away while most other plumbers wanted me to call to schedule for another day. I accidentally dropped stuff into the toilet and I called to have them come and see if it's retrievable. The initial service was fast and good. However after they left the toilet started leaking water from within. I called to have them come back and fix it and they claimed it's 'normal-wear-and-tear' and would want to charge $120 to fix it . Well, common sense tells me normal wear and tear doesn't start immediately after you worked on it right? I don't think they are responsible for what they did. Not recommended. read more

On Time Plumbing is actually a very appropriate name for this company. We had an emergency situation, where all our plumbing was backing up an hour before we were supposed to leave on our vacation. They said they would arrive in 30-45 minutes, which they did, and they cleaned out the clog in 15 minutes. Because this was an emergency, I thought for sure we would charged double the standard price, but their final charge was actually less than what I would have considered a standard charge! I gave them a nice tip, because they were absolute life-savers: They arrived quickly, resolved the issue quickly, and didn't charge a ridiculous price.
