An hour into the time frame that they were supposed to arrive I called to confirm that the estimate was scheduled. They said they had absolutely no record of my scheduled appointment. Calls are recorded so I really hope they can confirm where things got missed. Customers service reps were professional but that does not excuse the wasted time of scheduling an appointment and leaving work early to have nothing scheduled.
