Just like the other reviews, I'm sorry to say you'd do better to go elsewhere. While Brian was prompt in coming out and giving an estimate, I've been calling non-stop for 5 weeks trying to get them to come do the work. Brian's wife finally called me back last Friday and said he'd be out Tuesday of the next week to make sure the project area was ready. I called Monday multiple times, multiple numbers to confirm for Tuesday. No answer, no reply. I begged and pleaded with them to call me back since I was planning a party for my son's graduation and needed the work done by June 12th. I called Tuesday multiple times, no answer, no reply. I've called today, same story. I trusted that OTGCC would deliver in the timeline they quoted. Now I'm forced to find someone else on short notice to do this work and have to pay a premium to get in front of it. read more

I used OTG for the concrete work on my new house and it took them 5 months to finish the job. It came to the point where I called them every day for about three weeks before they finally finished. My builder tells me that all concrete contractors are the same - unreliable, don't show up, don't finish the job - but nevertheless I would rather try my luck elsewhere than use this company again. I called OTG for a quote on a stamped concrete patio and walkway at my new home. Brian was prompt at coming out and professional when we met. The quote was very reasonable and I was prepared to go with them for the job. I called 5 days later to try and understand how the process worked to get started and was told to mail in my quote form and someone would get in touch with me. I've called back 4 times in the last 10 days to try and get a start date for the project (once being told by someone that it might not be until early September). The office staff has consistently said they would call back and never do. I decided to go with another company and they're laying the concrete as I write this. I'm frustrated that I actually wanted to give OTG my money and it was like they didn't want it. read more

RUN THE OTHER WAY! I'm only giving them one star because Brian the owner attempted to fix our pool coping. They deal with customers like nothing I've ever seen. Brian stands in the background relaying things to his wife and won't get on the phone. She actually hung up on another contractor who was installing our pool cover. I don't know how they stay in business. They are non-communicative and rude. read more

They did concrete patio for us. Less than a year is was cracking in 3 places. Never returned calls, Finally was told it was not their problem but they would come take a look. Never did. After much research they didn't pour it thick enough and no expansion lines were cut. We are now looking to have it repaired. Horrible customer service and does not stand behind the work. And as the other person reviewed it took them forever to even start. DO NOT USE. Can I put no stars? read more

I contracted with OTG to replace my driveway . It took them 3 months to get the job done . They may be cheaper but not worth it .

Find another group. Dealing with these people has been as bad as any group in my memory. Nobody seems to know anything and they continually try to shift blame to someone else in the company. Getting a return call from them is incredibly difficult. It is not a surprise that others have had a similarly bad experience with these people. read more

What Mr. Ian P neglects to mention is that he has never contracted with OTG Custom Concrete Inc. to perform any services at his home.We were contracted by his builder who will remain nameless. His builder had not paid his bill for previous jobs which stopped all work on our behalf. Furthermore when his builder got caught up on his bills we returned to Mr. Ian P s' home and finished the project. We utilized OTG through our builder for a rear patio. It's been almost two years and I'm still battling with our builder to tear up the entire patio and have it done the right way. Our patio is literally two different colors. 1 half is a copperish finish, the other half grayish brown. They tried to correct it by continuously adding sealer but that only made it worse. Still distinctly two different colors but now its bubbling and "crunches" under your feet when you walk. There is a "border/band" right down the middle of the two colors which only makes the color difference more noticeable. No control joints were put in to help prevent cracking, which is already occurring throughout. Please do your research and go with another company. I had a very similar experience as the one listed below. We contacted the company for a quote. They didn't show up, when I called they stated the person coming had to go out of town. We rescheduled and a male came out the next day and gave a quote. I signed the quote, mailed it in and hired them for the job. The same female that answers the phone all the time confirmed they received our signed quote and would be in touch to set up a date to start the job. They stated it would probably be around July 26. We never heard from them. Called them three times in weekly increments only to be told they would call back and never did. Now they don't answer their phones. We counted on them to complete the job and was ready to give them money to get it done- but so glad we didn't. I'm frustrated because we were eager to have this completed and in all this time could have booked a more reliable company. read more
