Not only did they screw around with my mom and never showed up, they did this from 10/8- 10/13! Repeated appts (4 days!) where no one showed up, no one called...each time my mom called and was told another day, another time...and still no one showed. They seem to think they are the only ones with a schedule. Surprise, you cannot exist without customers, your BBB review is tanked and the only recent reviews in the last year did the same as this one- 1 star because we couldn't give less. My mother had used the same company and same guy came out for years...he's gone and so is their customer service. TANKED. DO not use, recommend NO ONE use them. My iPad was returned with a new crack after a month of the worst customer service possible.

Save yourself the headache of trying to get your electronics serviced here. I brought my laptop in for a virus sweep and had it returned with a bad motherboard. I was told there is no way possible they could be responsible for blowing out the motherboard. It was as if they thought I know nothing about electronics and grounding. Two weeks later my machine is "ready" for pickup. BUT when I went to get the laptop, it still did not turn on. And the piece above the keyboard was not seated, bowed and damaged from being pried open. I literally lifted it off the computer. In addition, the keyboard was not seated properly. You could clearly see where it was sticking out above the base panel. That's not all folks! While the confused tech tried to quickly fix the unseated panel, he discovered the screws to the backside which hold the machine together were all missing. I have filed two complaints with the BBB and am waiting to hear back from the company. It is my opinion that this company lacks the experience and management to ensure proper care and service to their customers. read more

I gave this company $32 to diagnose my laptop that wouldn't charge. It had no other problems. They said the motherboard was bad and would be expensive to fix. When I decided not to get it fixed, they charged me another $32 just to reassemble it. Got it home only to realize later that the keyboard was not working because it was installed wrong, the DC jack was ialso installed wrong, and they had stolen 6GB of ram out of my computer. These guys are terrible! I would not recommend going to them. If you have already, I suggest checking your computer to make sure it still has all it's parts! read more

Absolutely horrible! They kept my computer for a month. Charged $100 for a part and labor that didn't fix my computer. Then they broke the housing around the screen. Basically, my computer is worse now that they worked on it. read more

Absolutely horrible. They have had my computer for over two months, I have spent $150 in parts alone, and that's not even including labor. They told me it was an easy fix, I needed a new LCD screen and it would take about a week and about one hour in labor. They get in the screen, it still doesn't work, so they order a new screen which the vendor never sends. It's already been two weeks, and the new screen doesn't work either. So they tell me I must need a new cable for the screen. I order that, takes another week and it still doesn't work. They told me they would call me after they do a few more diagnostics and never got back to me. A week later I finally go in and they told me I should have received a text saying I need to go in to speak with them. They then told me I need a new $200 motherboard. They then ordered that, taking another week and are now saying I need another new screen. At this point I am furious. I was told it would take a week, it's been two months and literally nothing has been done. Now they are just working in circles and telling me the new parts are defective and it will take longer. I asked for a refund of all of the parts I bought and didn't need and I asked for my computer back because I want to take it somewhere else that will actually keep me updated and repair it. I was told they don't give refunds for anything and I cannot have my computer back until the issue is resolved. Please beware of this place and do not ever take your electronics here. Very horrible experience. The charging jack on my laptop broke so I was unable to charge my laptop and being a college student, I use my computer for almost everything. I took my computer here on Monday because they said they could get a file off of my hard drive right away that I needed to complete a project. It took 2 days for that. Then they said they would take a look at the laptop and give me a call when it was done. On Friday I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said that they tried to contact me on Thursday, which they didn't, to tell me I needed to prepay for a part which would then take another week to arrive. They had my laptop for a whole week and did nothing to it. I went and picked it up in pieces and they charged me $70 for removing my file and for 15 minutes of disassembling my laptop. I took it somewhere else and had it fixed in 4 days and paid the second place less than I paid here. They don't even have a main telephone line that connects you to the Vernon location.
