Shop hooked it up with an Alexrims DA22 and it goes perfectly with the retro look i have on the bike. Took about a week to get it diagnosed and replaced. And was only 20 bucks more than trying to "fix" a bent mavic wheel. I understand this is peak season for them. Shop is and always has been super professional. I found the cage. I also looked at a pair of biking glasses as I am in the market for some. The glasses where right next to the register with a few employees. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.
