Mark was friendly, very knowledgeable, and brought with him a wealth of experience. Mark was so helpful and showed us how we got into trouble with my brothers bike in the first place. This was important, as we can avoid this type of brake repair in the future. Prices were very reasonable and not having to take the bike back and forth to a store front was wonderful! I feel like I'm a pretty reasonable, personable, and open minded guy, I understand bikes pretty well and do a lot of maintenance myself, but mechanics at *OTHER* shops have been surprisingly rude to me, cut me off when I'm talking or asking a question, try to upsell me or tell me I need something else, try to pull wool over my eyes and upcharge, and I feel like they don't respect me or my bike. NONE OF THAT HERE. All the staff I've spoken with here are very polite, hear me out, make a recommendation when they see fit. I totally trust these guys with my bikes and will go here if I need anything in the future. I've only been to another location once to pick up a part, but same experience.

Recently I took a bike in for repair after the chain broke and damaged the bike. Broken chain, wheel needed to be repaired, broken shifter, brakes adjusted. New seat post and because they were unexpectedly closed on the day I was to pick it up, they fixed grinding in the wheel hubs at no cost. Being newer to the bike scene, the store felt overwhelming as none of the bikes were clearly labeled, so I didn't even know where to start.
