Chance was able to see us that very next day, even before we gave him our business he offered to help clean out the broken glass (which we were pretty worried about crashing out at any moment). He took our measurements gave us a fair estimate and a rough outline for time, all in all a great value. This was on the 20th and luckily our glass was able to be made and they just installed today (just 7 days later) and I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. I also do not know if when they were contacted to do the job, but it did take a long time to get them over to the house to install our 4 patio windows. I am guessing, it was our contractor that dragged this out. Anyway, it's frankly irrelevant. Victor arrived exactly on time at 8am and introduced himself and let me know he was going to start on the installation. When he was using a grinder it looked like, he asked if anyone was sleeping in the house, since it was going to make a racket. Nice consideration. He was polite and went about his job quickly and efficiently. It took about 3 hrs all in to replace the glass on 4 large panels of glass. He methodically cleaned the area where he was working as well as the new glass he installed. When he was finished he let us know to be cautious when we open the doors and the glass wouldn't be fully cured in their place for 48hrs. A very pleasant experience and if we would ever need this service again, we would definitely contact Glass Guru and specifically ask for Victor to help us.

I asked how much did I owe him and he responded -" nothing, hardly any work at all." I demanded to pay him for his time and expertise and he accepted, quite frankly, too little. Should have payed him more. I am a retired businessman from Austin. This company is not into the fast quick buck, they are looking to do business with you for the long run by earning your trust and putting in the hard work, Old School.
