Came in with full brows I had spent years growing out. The first technician made them very uneven. When I asked for a refund, another technician said she would fix them but instead made them even thinner. I told her to stop and she refused, so I had to get out of the chair. Eye Browns On Fleek (or whatever) lol Just walk inside. Nothing but good things will follow. The facility is nice and clean. The customer service is friendly. Most importantly the workers are highly skilled in both eyebrows and facials. You will walk about feeling brand new. After almost 7 hours on the road it's a must that I make a stop here before I see anyone in town. When they pass you the mirror all you will be able to do is smile. Painless and just beautiful work. There is no shame in a man getting his eyebrows threaded. People say beauty can be painful, but this is not the case at On Point Eyebrow Threading. They make beauty beautiful. I had been searching for a new spot after a miserable string of experiences at another establishment. On Point did everything that the other place didn't. They took their time with me. Made me feel special and not like just another patron through the turnstile. You could say my eyebrows looked "on point." Just when I thought the experience was over I was given a solid face massage for at least five minutes. All of this combined created a significantly less traumatic exchange and was cheaper to boot. Only $11 plus tip which I chose to be generous with after such a wonderful experience. I really hope this place sticks around because the fine ladies in this establishment know how to put customer service first and your eyebrows second to none. read more

AWFUL HORRIBLE TERRIBLE!! I have never written a review like this but I just want to save anyone who wants to come here (esp girl all the way to right) I have no idea how this place has 5 stars. I don't know about the other employees but the girl all the way to the right is literally AWFUL she took off the whole front hairs of one of my eyebrows making them far apart from each other (which my eyebrows were never). And than let me walk out with one eyebrow very far back and one looking normal. Have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 3 years at many different places and have never had something like this happen. My eyebrows have never looked worse or more far apart. Now I'm gonna have to purchase castor oil or something so I don't look crazy. Ugh read more

I am never disappointed after getting my eyebrows done here, After not getting my eyebrows done for 6 months because of the pandemic, I felt very safe at their establishment. She offered me hand sanitizer when I sat down and she was wear a mask and face shield. Face masks are required of everyone who comes in. I felt safe and my eyebrows look great. 5/5 read more

I'm super picky about my eyebrows and who I let touch them-- AND they did a wonderful job on them!! They really took their time and made sure that the shape was to my liking! They showed me my eyebrows a couple of times throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is very clean, and not super busy. I was in and out! They offer complimentary snacks and beverages. Also, they do have a reward program, and if you go enough times you get a free threading. The store is clean and comfortable; the person who did the threading was efficient and nice. I've had threading done at other places that was rather painful, but this time with this technician wasn't painful at all. I didn't have to grit my teeth to get through it! I was so excited when I found out a threading place was opening near me, but the first time I came here I was disappointed. It had just opened and was pretty dead. The woman was taking too much time on my eyebrows. When I looked they were so thin and uneven that she had to call over another lady to help her finish them. She fixed it the best she could, but I still left disappointed. I was hesitant to come back, but eventually did and had them done by someone else. It has since then become my go-to place here. The ladies are precise, quick, and willing to listen to your comments. After going with different ladies, I've even had them done by the woman who first did them and she's done a good job. I blame the first experience on them being fairly new, but they have not disappointed me since then. The prices are decent and the ladies give you a mini head massage after it's done. I recently just had my first facial here and it was AMAZING. I'll now be coming monthly for my 30 min facial. It was refreshing and relaxing. I felt brand new afterwards. I refuse to be one of those guys in his 50's with giant bush eyebrows and hair growing out of their ears and nose. On the other hand, waxing HURTS!!! I swear it's a technique designed to be used if waterboarding proves ineffective. Thank God I found this place. The first time I went they fit me right into their schedule without a problem. Today was my second time and once again they told me to come on in and they'd take me. Both times I waited only a matter of minutes before being seated and threads started flying. I have no idea how this works or who thought of it, but it is FAST and so much easier than waxing. I know the people in the building appreciate the fact that I'm not screaming or crying. I couldn't tell you if it took 5 minutes or 10, but it went fast. On both occasions I've been a bit apprehensive to look in the mirror after, just knowing I was going to look like a she-man or those people who draw a pencil line 2 inches above where their eyebrows belong, and in both cases I was 100% incorrect. I swear I was looking at a much younger, and still manly, version of me. They easily knocked 10 years off my age. The big surprise came with the bonus face massage at the end. Nice! So if you're a guy and you're not sure about this place, take it from me... it's the only place in town to go and you'll be glad you did. I suppose you could try one of the many shops in Tally staffed by college students if you really want to walk around with eyebrows that make you look like you're in a constant state of surprise. I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in over half a year so I was thinking it was going to hurt but honestly it was the lightest eyebrow threading I've ever had done & probably the quickest. It really didn't even hurt & my eyebrows came out nice. Definitely gonna be going back. read more

I always ask for a simple clean up and to keep them thick and she always listens! I love the location because it's right next to FSU's campus.
