The staff is friendly and very helpful. They will take the extra step to make sure your order is done to your satisfaction. Special orders like large orders of mini bagels done in all your favorite seasonings is not a problem. The management is experienced to make sure you are satisfied. If you haven't tried them, get over there and give them a shot, you won't be disappointed. If anything, a small nitpick is that sometimes they don't alert you to little things like the fact that they very nicely will give you a drink soda or a bottle of water if you order a sandwich; of course it's no great charity because the sandwiches are today's prices. But there's other times if you bring a drink to the register that they might not mention the inclusivity of a drink in your order, which isn't exactly a great policy.
