I have been a regular student at CoreWorks for about five years, and I love it! This is not one of…read morethose "bargain bin" clubs stacked with reformers and a ridiculous client-instructor ratio. At Coreworks, the classes have no more than 8-10 reformers, so the instructor can take the time to help each student with the routines. No two workouts are the same, and classes are never dull. If you are thinking of giving Pilates a try, visit CoreWorks and check Groupon, as there are often new member/class packages.

I always wanted to try pilates on the reformer. The gym I go to is too pricy so when I saw an offer…read moreon groupon for three sessions I purchased it. Per the instructions on groupon, I emailed Fran so that I could create a log in online but I didn't hear back from her so I called the office. Once my account was created, I was able to sign up for classes. I was informed before I took any classes I would need to take the Intro to Equipment class. Fran was the instructor. She was patient and helpful as it was my first time and I needed specialized attention. For my second session, I took Reformer I & II with Doreen. Foe my last session I took Tower with a substitute for Doreen. All the instructors were patient, helpful, and friendly. They ask if anyone had injuries and they walk around and if your technique is wrong they adjust and correct you which I greatly appreciated. The classes were challenging to me since I am not good at following directions. Also, if you don't remember instructions well, I recommend taking Intro to Equipment multiple times. I had to look around to see how to do things as I am a visual learner, not an audio learner. The facility is tucked away in the corner and is not visible if you are in the parking lot. Fortunately I saw someone wearing athletic clothes and followed them. The facility is clean and bright. There are two individual restrooms. There is a main room with cubbies. The reformer room also had cubbies. The reformer room was slightly warm even with ceiling fans so I dressed lighter the second and third session. I enjoyed my experience, but could have benefitted from more intro classes. The classes were much different than my normal cardio and strength training classes at my gym. The pace was slower and it was a great way to relieve stress. I highly recommend Core Fitness for Pilates.

Defrauded, ignored, and completely scammed by management…read more Do NOT trust this studio with your credit or debit card information. Back in May 2026, I received a promotional offer for 4 free classes. Before taking the classes, I explicitly told the front desk staff that I was ONLY accepting the 4-free-class promotion and did NOT want to sign up for any contract or recurring membership. Despite this clear verbal instruction, they insisted on taking my debit card information "for the file." As soon as my free classes ended, Club Pilates went ahead and unauthorizedly charged my account. When I called to request an immediate refund for this fraudulent charge, I was brushed off and told the manager wasn't available. I left multiple messages--no call back. I went in person to speak to someone directly, only to be told the manager was on vacation. I called again recently, left all my contact details once more, and to this day, I have received ZERO communication and NONE of my money back. This business operates on predatory, deceitful sales tactics and complete customer neglect. Save yourself the stress and protect your bank account--stay away from Club Pilates Germantown.

Amazing experience with Fiona at Club Pilates Germantown!…read more I walked into today's Center + Balance class ready to cancel my membership -- I had actually planned for this to be my last class. But Fiona completely changed my mind. She was so in tune with what we needed as a group and created an experience that supported both my physical and mental well-being. Today was exactly the reminder I needed about how important it is to care for my whole self, not just my body. I walked out feeling grounded, encouraged, and renewed. Because of Fiona, I've decided to keep my membership. If you need a truly thoughtful, intuitive instructor, Fiona is the one. Highly recommend!
