Where do I start... I came in here to look at what they had, do a little browsing since Florence is supposed to have the best leather. I found something I really liked, but the only issue was, that I needed the sleeeves shortened up. The owner said not a problem. He can either shorten the current one or he can make a new one and ship it to me. The shipping would be no charge and I was okay with it which is why I didn't even try to haggle with the guy on the price, I just wanted the nice jacket sent to me in one piece. If I can get a brand new one tailored to me that would be great. The only thing that worried me is once I go back home to America, will I get the jacket? So I took a picture of the invoice that the owner kept in order to carry out my purchase. He also gave me his business card with his store telephone #, email and his WhatsApp. After I paid, he told me it will be done in 2 weeks. So after I came home, and the delivery date came I reached out to him on WhatsApp. I noticed he viewed it, but a couple of days go by before he answered me back. He "miraculously" remembered me and my special jacket (AFTER I sent him a pic of my invoice... good thing I took a pic of it). So his answer was the jacket is almost ready to ship. After almost another month of going back and forth about shipping details, tracking, etc. (again, always me reaching out to him), I finally received the leather jacket. The only thing is, it was wrapped up into a tiny ball and packed in a plastic DHL bag. When I looked at it I thought to myself, is there a jacket inside here? Can't be, it's too small. Nonetheless, I open it and surely the leather jacket. This is when I noticed all the wrinkles and creases from packing it into a tight ball. What a disgrace. He couldn't ship it properly so the leather isn't creased before I even wear it?! Anyway, I try it on and I couldn't take my eyes off all the wrinkles on the jacket. To add to that, the neckline didn't seem like it was stitched incorrectly. There is an awkwardly raised bump. Also one more thing, the inside pocket of the jacket wasn't completely stitched tight to secure it. If I put anything in there it will fall out. The owner seemed okay to deal with and always saying the right things. Even chatting on WhatsApp, he was somewhat workable. He even offered to ship me a new jacket. I told him I would send him the old one back if he did ship a new one. This was a month ago, and no new jacket. Like, now I have to be the one always reaching out after I paid him full price for a purchase I made at his store?! Wish he knew the customers value and not be shady or ghosting people. This whole ordeal from purchase date of October 24th until now has made me think twice about buying anything from here ever again. I really hoped for a nice new leather jacket from a beautiful city. read more

I bought 2 leather jackets from him last summer (May 2023), and a month ago (July 2024) my partner and I bought more 3 leather jackets. The store has a terrific selection of colors, sizes, and styles at fair prices. Roberto is very knowledgeable with a keen eye on what works with different body types. He immediately picked out what looked great for me and my partner. And the jackets fit perfectly without alterations needed. A big bonus: he shipped our jackets via Fedex to our home in Ohio (USA) for free. If needed, his tailor could have altered our jackets that same day. Omg! where can i begin...This place is amazing! I went to the store last month while traveling to Florence and met Filippo. Filippo helped me find the right coat without really asking my size, he found me the right fit! He also helped me style the coat as if I was about to walk down as a runway model. He has so much expertise. I usually take my time to buy things, but I bought this one right away! such a gorgeous coat. Unfortunately, couple of weeks later I was robbed in Greece of all my luggage, including the coat i had bought at Omidimo. I was so sad :( ...When I returned home to the US, my boyfriend was able to find Omidimo's store information online. They do not have a website, so I reached out to them and spoke with Roberto, who was an angel sent from heaven. He had my coat size and the date of the purchase on his record, so he delivered the same coat to my home address from Italy!! (I wanted to cry). It arrived within a week of us speaking. The coat was SO BEAUTIFUL!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY advice checking them out when you are in Florence. Their coats are beautiful, and Filippo and Roberto are beautiful people.
