It was pretty good. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl. I'd eat here again. My coworkers eat here often.

I'm all about supporting local businesses, but I'm also not often disappointed with meals I order. Their chicken bowl ($14 + tax) is overpriced & I could've easily made it at home. It was basically chopped chicken with soy sauce, green onion, and way too much rice. They also have a posted sign that they charge a 2.5% surcharge for non-cash transactions, and I was still charged even though I used cash. I asked for the difference after I already received my order but they didn't give me my full refund (about 20 cents short) So consider my experience "meh". read more

Usually I love this place but tonight we ordered through DoorDash and they got our entire order wrong. We called OMGrill to let them know and all they said was take it up with DoorDash. I understand we ordered thru a third party but come on, it's your food, at least let us bring it back in and fix it or something. Nothing was offered to make this incident better. I've seen this place on my way to school and work for so long. I never knew what kind of food was served, but was always intrigued. I bookmarked it months ago and decided to go one day. On a whim, I decided to go today! And wow am I pleased. There's a nice sized parking lot in the back, easy to park in and lots of space. The restaurant itself is pretty small but it's cool, it was pretty busy with people going in and out. The gal at the register helped me out a lot. I was unsure what to get and she suggested a combo bowl and just explained some basics to me. I'm usually a chicken lover but I actually didn't enjoy their chicken at all. However, I did love their beef. It was amazing. The serving is pretty good. I mean lots of rice, good amount of meat, some teriyaki sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds to top it off. I was pretty full. And for about $8 too. I was very pleased with this joint and would definitely come back! Low prices, good food, great service, it was pretty perfect. read more

The food is not that good to me; however the service and cleanliness are good. The restaurant has a parking lot on the backside. The restaurant itself is quite small. We ordered a chicken bowl and well as a beef bowl as that we could try both. We got them both topped with avocado. Neither of them had any wow factors, nor tasted awesome in any way. The beef was dry, very dry, three-quarters way to becoming a jerky. It felt like the meat and chicken were boiled then recooked on the grill to be charred. We also ordered the burger combo - the burger was basic but done right and was the best part of the meal. All in all, if you really want to give it a try, go for it, took me awhile to get around to it, but now I know, this place is just not for me. read more

I love that they have this option as most teriyaki establishments don't provide you with a side of Chinese salad, so points there. Chicken cooked perfectly with bits of char, brown rice nice and soft, and the addition of green onions is perfect little crisp. Always got to add teriyaki sauce and sriracha to boost the flavors. OMG is right!! I found my new teriyaki spot in the valley. I plan to visit often. The chicken was juicy, succulent, tender, perfectly seasoned and there was plenty of it on mountain top of rice with a fresh salad on the side. All for $7.16. You can get your own drink and extra sauce on the side. It's a small place but there are plenty of Tables inside and out. The place was super clean and this includes the restroom. Every time pass this place it's packed and today I understood why. Eat here, you won't be disappointed if you like teriyaki chicken and beef. They have bowls available if you don't want a plate and they also serve brown rice. Kudos to the cook! read more

Overall I give this place a 7 out of 10. The prices are unreal, very inexpensive. I ordered two items, the chimichurri chicken salad to go, and also the Teriyaki Rice Bowl. Not bad. Don't get me wrong, but here were my gripes. The Chimichurri Chicken Salad (maybe 4oz) is basically just half of a chicken breast chopped up, and then thrown on top of a bed of lettuce. That's it. Nothing fancy. The flavor is good. The teriyaki chicken rice bowl was good. The sauce is a little bit salty though. I think maybe if you mix the chicken well with the rice, it kind of balance is out? My final thoughts on this place would be that if you're in a crunch, and need something on the go that is inexpensive, this is a good place to go to. Should I bring a date here for dinner, probably not. But as a married couple, you want to bring your kids here, or some place to buy lunch for a film crew, it's definitely a good choice. read more

My review is based solely on the Beef Teriyaki Bowl & the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Sometimes when it comes to little establishments like this, if I'm not getting all I crave for (service, wait time, etc) I can over look those things based on the taste alone. The bowls here are superb, and the are huge! You could easily get two meals out of one bowl, assuming you don't want to stuff the living -ish out of your face. I normally enjoy beef bowls over chicken ones, like at Flame Broiler, but here the chicken is on point. Juicy & flavorful, these bowls are topped with some yummy teriyaki sauce. The portion size is very giving, lots and lots of rice! Brown rice is .50 extra. My only complaint is the wait time. It literally seemed to take a day and a half by the time my bowl was ready. The place itself is nothing fancy, but it does satsfy my need for a good & healthy dinner option. (Since Flame Broiler is too much of a drive, this is a great substitute) The prices are great too... about $5.50-$6.50 for a bowl. They have other items on the menu such as a burger (marinated with Terikayi) & some standard dishes, but the menu is small so don't come here looking for anything besides your staple teriyaki dishes. read more

OMG is right, this place is a gem! Tucked away next to Bull Creek on Sherman Way, this little burger joint is a diamond in the rough. Ample parking out back, both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is really good! Delicious teriyaki burgers sit side by side with asian salads, and delicious rice bowls. They also do large catering orders! If you're in a hurry, the service here is fast, the place is clean, and the food is really terrific! It's also super casual, so it's great to grab a bite on a Saturday afternoon when you're out running errands. I'm a new fan of this place and wish that I'd known about it sooner, I've been missing out on a very good menu. read more

Everything about OMGrill is A+, if your after a damn good Terriyaki Plate. The portions, service, price, and food are all excellent. It's truly an unassuming hidden gem, and perfect for take out. One of those places I took to friends when we were looking for something affordable and filling pre covid. Not once has anyone I've brought food to from here been disappointed! They've got plenty of takeout/delivery options for our troubled times now, which has been a godsend. Totally just became a fan of this place. I was looking for a place to have lunch near work and I stumbled upon this joint. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I do enjoy myself some teriyaki, so I decided to be brave and give it a try. Love the quality of the chicken ... the beef wasn't so bad either, but definitely preferred the chicken. Here's what we had: Combo (chicken/beef) Plate: The chicken was really good (as I said), and the beef was pretty good too. The salad was warm so I didn't really enjoy that (plus the dressing wasn't that great) so next time I might just get the chicken bowl and opt out of the salad altogether. Chicken Chimichuri: I don't remember exactly how this was spelled, but it's the garlic/basil chicken dish they have. I liked the flavor well enough, but it was kinda dry (without all that great teriyaki sauce to make it moist). Oh, also they have a cool rewards card - earn 10 points and get anything on the menu for free (though I think that's an exaggeration) ... Definitely will be going back there! read more

I been coming here for several years now and after today (06/10/20) I think it will be my last. We all understand the new COVID-19 rules and regulations. But, obviously this place doesn't understand them. As I was patiently waiting for my salad, I saw many wrong things here. The cook: -grabs lettuce with hands no gloves on. -cuts avocado without any gloves. -wipe his hands on his shirt, and grabs more lettuce from container. After complaining, they threw away my box of lettuce. But that's not the point!! The guy literally put his whole hand inside the prep container.. what about everyone else's? At this point the whole lettuce container is now contaminated. I am giving them 2 stars because at one point I really liked coming here. But, after I said something the girl she got all mad and said "you want your money back?" with attitude! No, i don't want my money back. I am trying to support your business lady! Why are they getting mad at me? I didn't do anything wrong.. I say, always check when they make your food! You don't know what goes on in the back. Careful!! read more

It's A-Ok with me. Nothing that screams amazing eating here and the dining area is simple with plastic chairs and white table tops. But the food is consistent, the patrons are friendly, and the employees are prompt. The dining room is SO busy at times that the cleanliness gets away from the employees, but if you grab to go you don't really have to worry about it so much :D The parking lot is behind the restaurant, but if you're lucky you can park out front, I find that parking in the back can be a bit tricky because the drive way is narrow so sometimes if your unlucky enough someone will be exiting as you're trying to enter and - thus the car stand off begins... I feel like this place is so under rated! There teriyaki bowls with veggies/rice are the bomb! Don't forget to get extra teriyaki sauce. I haven't explored anything else on the menu because every time I come, I have to get the teriyaki bowl.
