The "toast" was un-toasted they left off the feta, avocado was completely brown and the cucumber was dried out. Practically inedible My partner ordered Waffles and Gravy only to wait 20 minutes to be told they no longer had gravy and then had wait for them to make his something else a breakfast burrito. That also took a while to make and it wasn't something he would typically but we wanted something quick.

While the potato soup is always the same, the portion is rather small. I really liked the chicken bacon rancher, would order that again. Hubby got the cheesesteak. He was not impressed. The steak was chewy and the peppers tasted more like pimentos. I had a 1/2 off a bakery item so I tried the Dubai cookie. I don't recommend it. It's cold, more like a filled brownie. If you're paying full price, it's definitely not worth $3. I'd get the kitchen sink instead.

Disappointing service from a restaurant I normally enjoy I…read morenormally have very good experiences at McDonald's, particularly at the locations near where we live, so I don't often write a negative review about them. Unfortunately, our experience at the McDonald's in Elizabethtown, Ky was disappointing enough that I thought it was worth mentioning. We stopped at this location simply to get some drinks while traveling. The restaurant was easy to get to, and there was plenty of parking available around the building. We initially used the drive-through and placed our drink order, but when we received it, most of the drinks were wrong. Rather than holding up the drive-through, we pulled around, parked, and went inside to get it corrected. The staff at the counter tried to help us, but unfortunately they got the order wrong a second time. The manager tried to help, but unfortunately was not much help in getting the problem corrected. At that point, I simply took the incorrect drink and left. The restaurant itself has a relatively small storefront, and the inside could have used some additional cleaning during our visit. I understand that mistakes happen, especially at busy fast-food restaurants, and normally a single mistake would not bother me. Getting the same simple drink order wrong twice, however, suggests there may be some problems with either staffing, training, or the ordering process at this location. Overall, the experience actually gave me a new appreciation for how consistently good the service is at our local McDonald's restaurants. Based on our visit, I would not recommend this particular location for either drinks or food until they can improve their service and ordering issues.

We were never greeted by her on any other employee. After 7 mins. I finally asked "do we give our order to you?" And she replied, I'm sorry, I'm just counting money...and that was it. She then moved to another counter. Ok...after a few more minutes of waiting an employee came up to help us and apologized for the wait--and the girl counting money gave her the side-eye. She prepared our order but could not open the drawer to take money--because...the girl was still counting money! (Wow).
