It could've been better but not the traditional Starbucks experience I'm used to. Took several minutes to hear a greeting from associates at the drive thru. Lack of enthusiasm in their voices as they finally did take our order. The drinks were delicious though and once at the window, we received quicker service. I go to Starbucks almost daily and rarely ever had an issue.That changed today, I got my normal iced Carmel macchiato 6 shot exta drizzle ordered via the app it took 30 min for the drink to be completed. Only for my coffee to taste like crap. I called back up to the store talked to the manager on the floor only to be told they will replace or refund but not to use that type of language with them. I apologized for "using an offensive defining word". When I was able to go back in I was greated by a very combative manager telling me they gave me the option to remake/refund after I had told her I want a remake I had to at one point tell her "I am not going to argue with you remake my drink." Only for the coffee to taste worse. If a customer has a valid complaint and has already paid for the product don't be mad don't be rude just make it right not worse. read more

Upon entering, I was gleefully greeted by not one, not two...but ALL of the Starbucks employees. They were all so gracious and kind and attentive to my coffee and food order. There were numerous mobile orders on the counter that according to the time stamp were placed 3-4 minutes after mine was placed at the counter. Guy behind the counter made a comment on how I was watching it- but after waiting 7 minutes when I commented... all in all it took my drink 10 minutes to be given to me. read more

The drive-thru at off peak times is fast. Otherwise we preorder when we are 15mins out and walk in. It's slow during peak hours.

I'm not from here, but have done some temporary work nearby. Tried ordering from the app a few times at this location. It's insane how long I've had to wait for my drinks here. Every time this location is SLOW. Strongly advise picking somewhere else. This review was written while waiting for my drink ordered 30 minutes ago on the app, and it's still not ready. I had the most horrific experience at this location with someone by the name of Cameron. I'm out here on business and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and attempted to belittle me because I didn't like the drink that was made since it was cold and very watery. I asked if it could be remade because it wasn't drinkable. She then started to treat me like I was a piece of trash. I don't take things like this lightly and will be contacting corporate about this immediately. In the meantime I will not be returning to this location when I come back out here for work I will find another coffee shop to patronize. Drive thru. 9:30 am on a Wednesday. I've never been here before, so I don't know if the long drive thru line was normal, but it was super long. Essentially wrapped around the building long. I had already placed my mobile order or I would have skipped it and jetted off to the McDonalds across the street. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I pulled up to the intercom, i was just about at the time when the app estimated my order would be ready anyway. I said I had a mobile order. She said she'd check on it. Then, she told me to pull up. When I got to the window, she asked me what I'd ordered??? I showed her my receipt. After I finally got my order, that's when I started to become concerned. Considering I'd customized my order to avoid dairy, what if she hadn't noticed? Were they making my drink per my mobile order? I had zero confidence. I bit into my breakfast sandwich, which was at best lukewarm. I'm not one to write negative reviews. And I should add that the young lady I spoke with at the intercom/window was very sweet and seemed kind. If I could give this Starbucks a negative star review I would. I will never go to a Starbucks again because of one person Cam, the "manager". I hardly call her that, she lacks the skills to be a manager. She told me I was having a bad day because they owed me two sausage sandwiches that they previously gave me and my 6 year old son cold. I just woke up in a GREAT mood till Cam decided she wanted to ruin my day with her horrible customer service skills. Sub-par Starbucks. They've been open for a couple months at this point, and while having come quite a long way in terms of customer service, they still don't have WiFi because they're "so new". I want this Starbucks to succeed as it's located very conveniently relative to where I work, however, I find it hard to support a coffee shop which doesn't readily facilitate one of my favorite coffee-drinking-pastimes; being productive. I suspect customers who order at the drive thru will have no qualms with this place, but those of us who sit inside must be prepared to use a mobile hotspot and to leave with a poor taste in our mouth. WiFi aside, the coffee is typical for starbucks and the employees are friendly enough. If I could I would give them a 3.2 read more

Staff is by far the best caring I have ever seen. Started with very friendly ordering process. Granddaughter purchased cake pop and dropped it after first bite. When went to purchase another one, they gave her one at no charge. While walking out, my mother tripped and fell hitting her face and cutting her hand. Crew came out with towels, ice bags, gauze and bandages to help. Before leaving they replaced her drink and gave her a big hug. Cannot say enough good things about the staff read more
