Just picked up donuts today 02/04/2024. While I have been a customer of this place for years I cannot quite comprehend their ill mannered customer service. I asked my husband to see if they could please give a side of extra chocolate sauce and we would pay for it. While the one lady tried to see if she could fulfill the request, the other lady gave her a dirty look and said no. I believe that being in the restaurant industry, if someone requests additional sauce it is within reasonable limits to fulfill this request. I say this because restaurants always have sauces in packages, or serve additional on the side for a small fee. A little kindness goes a long way lady. So although I could just have breakfast with my family and go on my way, I think they are definitely lacking in social skills with this particular employee. We generally get donuts from here because of location, but I think I'll start taking my business elsewhere like Louisville as it is clear they have no competition and "donut care" for their customers overall satisfaction. read more

Floppy, crushable but decent, thin, flat box to transport a dozen to your office (or mine, if you're looking to make a donation!) without getting them ugly, broken, or soggy from overlap or crowding. read more

So the two stars are because I didn't go to the location my father did and said the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Outside of those positives not much is left to be desired with this place. The apple fritters were burnt only half glazed, no apples in the three that we got. Cheese danish is just disappointing... save yourself the heartache. The chocolate glaze taste and look like they were smeared with chocolate frosting out of a Betty Crocker frosting can from the grocery store. Disappointing all around. read more

Of late the amazin glazin donuts have very little cream filling in all their cream filled donuts. It's very disappointing. I used to love it when they were generous with the cream filling. It's not the same amazin glazin without the generous cream filling. I don't mind paying extra for those dontus. I am sure other customers wouldn't mind paying extra for a well filled cream filled donut. read more

The best donuts in Elizabethtown, Free WiFi, and friendly, excellent service. I have had the bran muffins and they are tops. The long johns and the regular glazed are fantastic too. Went here for donuts and coffee. We were pleasantly surprised on how good it was. It is wheelchair accessible but the parking space is not to code there was not an access aisle. It was a good call for fresh donuts we will definitely go there again. read more

I and my spouse hit it up this morning because donut. The staff was nice and the donuts fresh. A lot on the sweet side but what is a donut really but a vehicle for a sugar rush? Now to the important part, the coffee, which is apparently heated on the surface of the sun. It was good after getting home, painting a fence, washing the dog, running a few errands and taking a nap. I woke up to a drinkable hot cup. I was pleasantly surprised and thought to myself, if only this had been cool enough to drink with my donut, it might have dampened the sugar I consumed earlier. I regretted purchasing the donuts from there. The staffs told me that these donuts were 'fresh', but by the time I bought a couple of dozen variety donuts and brought it over to my friend's place, they took a few bites of the donuts and they complained about how they were super stale and greasy. I then tried it to see if they were good, but when I tried it, I took those donuts that I bought and threw them in the trash. I was very unsatisfied with these donuts. Cheap as they are, but they are not worth the money. I've asked other friends if they tried this donut place and they told me that this donut place is not good. I definitely don't recommend this place. They do have other pastries sold there and they look good, but I am questioning if I should try them or not, but based on that experience, I don't think I will. read more
