Raja's Platter, fried eggs, hash browns and bacon

Breakfast served all day!!! We went in about 11a and ordered breakfast. Mine and my wife's food was excellent. My kids had single pancakes and loved them. I finished off one of the pancakes and it was great. Service was great too.

If I could give omegas a negative review I would. I got hired with them and was told I would get 40 hours a week the first week I got 23 hours ok no problem I'm in training second week they dropped me down to 13 hours and they fired me cause supposedly they have no hours to give me but yet one cook was working 16 hours as a cook and 10 hours as a server but I was an assistant general manager at a dennys that ran the whole restaurant by myself cooked served washed dishes but now u want to fire me cause u have no hours I call bullshit. They gave Brayden 45 hours plus but yet you got no hours for me maybe if they didn't favor people I would get hours not my problem u over hired and I don't take no bullshit from them

Stopped in after seeing a post by others. Holiday and understaffed but that did not hinder them. Service was fast and friendly. Offered recommendations. Biscuits were large and fluffy. Fruit cup was fresh and had grapes, strawberries and pineapple. Papa platter had eggs, hash browns, biscuits with gravy and a massive piece of chicken fried chicken. Not a big place and nothing fancy but well worth the stop.

    Waffles

Food came fresh and tasted homemade , whatever batter they cooked the waffle with is so unique and good I would definitely come here again. Only $9.99 !

Food was excellent. Service was ok. It's a dive place. They have specials for seniors on Mondays and College Students Wednesdays. Would return for the food. Restroom didn't have a trash in the stall and wasn't the cleanest.

BLT sandwich with an egg and tater tots.

Every town has a great, well-established cafe with delicious food and friendly faces. When you're in Commerce, Omega's is that place.

Home style cooking with something for everyone: salads, meatloaf, or burgers. And you must leave room for pie!

This little tiny home (literally) is such a great place to congregate and for everyone to catch up with the comings and goings within Cooper. The building not much bigger than some of the Tuff Shed commercials but the flavor of the food is much LARGER!. Today several of us just went simple and had the Hamburger or Cheese burger basket. Each basket include fries and med drink or you could change out fries for onion rings, which I highly recommend if you love good crispy videlia onion rings(YUM). The burger was a little overcooked for my liking but it did have a good flavor, dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mustard or mayo. Now, since we came in on Friday we got a double bonus. They have just started being open on Friday nights with a limited fried fish menu and we love fried fish so we got a 2 fer 1 bonus. We came back that night to partake of the limited menu fried fish meal. The only thing on the menu is Fish (reg/cajun spiced), with the following sides, pinto beans, cole slaw, sweet corn bread hush puppies, and green tomato relish. If you are within 25 miles of this place on a Friday night I highly recommend the drive over for the fish. WOW, it was cooked perfectly and the cornmeal breading/spice (cajun for me) was spot on. It was light and not at all greasy tasting. The flavor of the fish is what you get not just the cornmeal or some old grease taste. Its not a buffet or anything you pick the portion sizes starting at 2 up to 6 pieces. I suggest middle of the road either the 3 or 4 piece meal with all the other fix'n you should leave full but not miserable, unless that is what you are going for. One other item they do have pretty good covered seating area outside for those traveling with fur babies or just prefer to sit outside. Enjoy....

Small interior offering 4 tables and a line up of bar stools. The kitchen and pantry are fully exposed. We were greeted by a gent opening the door for us and friendly hellos! The menu provides a wide selection of country fair with twists on cosmopolitan selections (the country bennie is a must). No pre-cut fries on site,! Everything looked and tastes freshly prepared. Will definitely make the trek again!

Inside, the atmosphere is small-town comfort at its best -- casual, welcoming, and the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. I ordered the Chicken Bennie, and it was absolutely outstanding. A homemade biscuit served as the base, soft and fluffy on the inside with just the right touch of crisp on the outside. On top of that came perfectly fried chicken tenders, a runny egg that tied everything together, and a generous pour of rich, savory sausage gravy. It all came with a side of crispy fried potatoes that were cooked just right -- golden and flavorful without being greasy. Every bite was pure comfort food perfection. The coffee was smooth and satisfying, the kind that pairs perfectly with a hearty breakfast. Service was excellent as well -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and their food. Overall, 1836 Café is exactly what you hope to find in a small-town spot: great food, great people, and an atmosphere that keeps you wanting to come back. I'll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone passing through or nearby.
