Great pizza loaded with toppings. The staff are friendly and they are pretty darn efficient. Overall a great place to grab a pizza or a slice at lunch. read more

I've been a customer of omega pizza for the past 13 years. The last two times I ordered the suicide wings they were watered down. Not the same sauce as before, it's like a spicy franks red hot now instead of a thick suicide sauce. After driving past them in Poco, I saw the the sign had changed to Ron's kitchen. This is false advertisement. Ron's is pretending to be another company because they bought it over. I don't think you should be allowed to be called omega anymore as it's not the same restaurant anymore. Will not be ordering from here again neither will my friends or family. read more

We always get wings here. Service is always friendly and we have never had an issue with the quality.

ordered a medium cheesy stake pizza 15.99 and garlic bread $4.99 total should have came to $23.50 instead he charged me $27.80. dont Recommend a place that mistreats customers. read more

I just ordered some lasagna and wings I got extra cheese on the lasagna and after tip it was 50 dollars so 2 lasagna and extra cheese and 15 wings for 50 I got to say it was a waist of money tbh spaghetti ooooos are better very disappointed and have buyers remorse. I will NEVER order your crappy food again read more

Ordered a SPINACH pineapple mushroom pizza. the guy on phone repeated it back to me it was fine. When it arrived it was HAM pineapple and mushroom. I called and politely said the order was wrong. the "manager" said it was my fault not his said goodbye and hung up on me. Incredible disrespect poor customer service. BEWARE of this place!!! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. We actually threw out an entire pizza because IT WAS JUST THAT GROSS!! I would order from this ever again. Wings where under cooked. Also, perhaps trying to have someone who knows how to speak and understand our native language which is ENGLISH, answering the phones, would go along way in customer experience. read more

A while a go I went on a sort of local pizzeria eating tour of Surrey. As it turned out, Omega turned out to be the most consistent, and the one open latest during the weekdays (1AM). If you are looking for mostly quantity, they do offer some 3 for 1 deals that yield good value. Overall this is a decent place to grab a pie, and they offer pizza by the slice dirk the day as well. read more

Ordered a medium Hawaiian and a larger classic Italian, From the newton location. Disappointed to say the least , this place used to load up on toppings and cheese, now the pies are deflated and anemic! The pizza was haphazardly thrown together the toppings were stingy and spread thin. I almost forgot to mention that they had failed to put the extras on the pizza and when I called to ask about it they had no solution, the guy on the phone deflected the issue to the owner, but the owner is never in. at over 40 bucks for the two pies definitely not worth it. Poor pizzas, poor customer relations and poor management skills. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again. read more

This pizza joint is one of my family's go to places for delivery and take out. You know you order from a place way too much when they know your phone number better than you do haha (I accidentally said the wrong area code and he gently corrected when I didn't amend my mistake!). My boyfriend is also a big fan of their chicken wings so bonus to Omega for making my guy's stomach happy, haha. Overall a decent place for pizza when you're craving. Delivery time is alright as well, but since we don't live too far away it doesn't take too long for them to swing by and drop off our food. read more

Absolutely terrible consistently always missing some thing from the order and instead of correcting, or appologizing for their mistakes. They instead become argumentive and make you feel as if you made the mistak. Definitely will not order again!!!! JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIC!! read more

We love this place. Great prices, good pizza, and super fast service. We usually do pick up. Highly recommend.

I ordered chicken wings and pizza. The delivery was fast, driver was very nice, food was hot. The Teriyaki wings were pretty good. Unfortunately the pizza was nothing special. The toppings were very scant, making the pizza bland. I don't think I'd order here again. read more

Good pizza good deals, I find the female staff a lot friendlier than the males. I also did not appreciate being called Sir! It's a typical pizza joint. No frills just decent pizza. read more

I called to order I live I'm coquitlam approximately 5.8 km away which is a 12 min drive. They refused to deliver to me claiming it was too far. I called the surrey location its literally a 14 min drive over the bridge drive it all the time and they said the same thing!! No resolution. They could have even said we will have to charge more. That's not how u run a business. They just lost a long time customer! Ive been their regular customer for almost 3 years. I wont be spending my money there again! read more

Nasty fucking disgusting pizza and wings. Tastes so bad had to toss it in the garbage. Don't understand these good reviews. read more

For a person who doesn't go for pizzas often, you can't go wrong with Omega's pizzas. They've got a wide range of varieties to choose from. The best on their menu has to be their wings. Cheap eats with great service. read more

This is the best pizza in Surrey. Good quality toppings, wings are like little meaty morsels of heaven, fast delivery, and the price is right. We don't get pizza often but when we do we order from Omega. read more

Nothing fancy, but good pizza at a pretty good price. Haven't had a bad pizza from there yet.

The pizza is nothing short of fantastic here. The crust is spot on, the toppings taste and smell fresh, the sauce blends incredibly well with the rest of the pizza and it's all reasonably priced. This is my go to pizza whenever I'm ordering for myself or friends. I have never recived pizza from here and been disappointed. It really makes you wonder if it's a bad thing that the pizza guy noticed you moved. read more

It states on their web site that the most they will charge for delivery is $3.00, we are right by #10 hwy and King George Hwy. They called me and said that delivery cost will be $4.00. False advertising. I cancelled my order from them. They lost a potential new customer. read more

I believe the ownership has changed for this pizza place, been going to Omega for 10 years and the food was amazing! The ingredients the previous owners uses was authentic. Now I ordered a Greek pizza and there was no Feta cheese and the pizza was loaded with tomatoes that were cut into long big pieces and the cheese was disgusting. The way they sprinkled it on there made it look disgusting and the cheese was definitely low quality. This will be the last time I will ever step foot in that pizza shop! read more

Use to be a great, unfortunately gone way down hill. Terrible delivery consistently 30mins or more late and with cold pizza. Don't order here if you want reasonable service. read more

Pizza is " ok " - kinda domino's knockoff. Was trying it out on advice but not impressed.

My orders are CONSTANTLY wrong. Pizza is greasy and super salty. The middle of the pizza's is always just mush making the first few bites just cheese and grease with no crust or sauce. Soggy crust with too much sauce. You would think it gets better from there but with each bite i can guarantee that you will regret your purchase more and more. The pizza's should come with a large glass of water and and a warning for people with heart disease! Honestly the only reason these people still have business is because they are within walking distance of a high school. What you would expect from cheap pizza, just its not cheap. -Omega pizza and wings. read more

Got this one night when I thought eveything was closed. I love pizza and this is a great pizza place. The bbq wings are amazing too. Definitely give this place a try if you want to try something other than the big places. read more

I found what makes this place better than the average pizza joint is great value. The Pizza was good. Wings I thought were just average. 3.5

Unfortunately it was my first time ordering from this place. We decided to have it delivered from the North Surrey location. I ordered the Combo - 1Lg Specialty pizza, 20 wings 3 pops and dipping sauce. We also mentioned our payment type to be debit. When the driver got here, they had forgot our drinks....then they couldn't accept our cards cause their machine decided to not work. So we fumbled for the cash and only had the exact amount. I was pretty disappointed forgetting our stuff and inconvenienced us and had the audacity to ask my bf to call his bank...dude it's like 10pm..anyways I don't know if we'd be ordering from them again because they didn't even offer us a better deal they had until we received our order with the menu paper.. which had a similar deal but with more and for the same damn price.. So disappointed read more

Very good quality pizza and wings. Unfortunately the prices recently went way up so I can't give them a higher rating. But good food below my budget read more

Absolute garbage service . It took them three hours to deliver a large pizza amd i work six blocks away . When the driver arrived he demanded a tip and called an ***hole when i declined . Pizza is subpar at best . Go literally anywhere else read more

Omega is going downhill. Last few times, pizza crust is soggy and the delivery takes forever! Quite expensive too. If you get the wings make sure you go salt and pepper and add your own hot sauce (otherwise they will be drenched in sauce and soggy - like the crust of their pizza). read more

If you order from this place, make sure you know where they deliver to. I placed an order, obviously gave my address and 1 hour later received a call asking my address again. Was told they didn't deliver to my street while the order was out for delivery! So I guess the food goes back and is thrown out. Would've been nice to be told up front that our place wasn't on their grid. Also, there was apparently an outlet who could've delivered here. Customer service sucks!!! By the way... 15 minutes away! read more

Big fan of businesses that answer the phone promptly and fulfill their promise of delivery within said amount of time. Because of YELP I tried the Honey Garlic wings from Omega Pizza & Wings (Newton). The chicken was crispy, not too sticky, not too sweet, not too garlicy = good! I ordered a meat heavy pizza combo and toppings did slide off but that is to be expected. I did not see a whole wheat crust option but I may have missed the crust options. I really liked that they had a lot of topping options. Thanks, YELP! :) read more

Ordered 2 separate orders. One order of pizza and one order of wings. Got totals for both. Took 45 minutes for pizza delivery and no wings. Twenty minutes later and still no wings, driver got lost second time. Disappointed to say the least. Tasty but poor service. read more
